The camera started rolling as it showed a regular interview set. A comfy looking white arm chair with some dark wood detailing on the right and a two seat couch with similar details on the left could be seen as behind the seats was a big screen, which showed the GZWA logo. The camera then turned to the side and showed the host of GZWA Hot Spot, Adrianne Taylor.
Hello all of you GZWA fans and welcome to our brand new show, GZWA Hot Spot. I am your host Adrianne Taylor and here we'll be talking with the hottest, most talented and successful wrestlers in the company. They will share with you not only their emotions and feelings about their matches and rivals, but also will give out some personal life details and will answer questions submitted by you, the fans.
Adrianne walked to the arm chair and sat down, crossing her legs one over the other. Looking back at the camera, she had this angelic smile on her face.
Our guest tonight is known not only for his stunning looks, but also for his undeniable impact in the male division. At Slammiversy he proved to be the top man.... He is none other than the new GZWA Heavyweight champion, Alkertraz.
Alkertraz steps out into camera view, not to miss an opportunity and to respect the interview format, comes dressed for the occasion. With a slim fit white shirt, a pinstripe suit jacket accompanied with smart black jeans, fashionable military boots and stylish trucker cap Alkertraz joins new host Adrianne Taylor on set. And of course goes without mention, the World Heavyweight Championship at his side. Honoured to be GZWA Hot Spot’s first guest Alkertraz has a constant trademark smile on his face. To signify this momentous occasion Alkertraz has brought along his newest not yet released replica action figure, with world title to boot as a present for Adrianne. Passing on the present Alkertraz then sits comfortably on the two seated couch placing the world title sitting over the chair next to him. Taking a look around the set Alkertraz nods impressed with the set up.
“Hello, hello Adrianne, and afternoon!... “Stunning looks”? I’m liking you already!... There is no doubt I’m honoured to be here, thanks for the invitation, I can now add first guest on Hot Spot to my CV… This is an impressive little set up you got going on here. You choose the décor?, what’s that a 50 inch television you rocking there?!... I could do with a cold one, do you have anything? Bud?, becks?, carling? Some of that new Stella cider?!... Mmm, Maybe I should have brought myself six pack.”
If Adrianne wasn’t aware that outside of the ring Alkertraz has a quirky, slightly hyper sense of humour and enjoys more than anything to have fun, then it wouldn’t take long for her to catch on. Alkertraz smiles at Adrianne awaiting a response or first question he is genuinely looking forward and grateful to be on the show.
Yes, I created the interior of the studio. No, this is a 60 inch LG television and sorry, but we only give water. Now, thank you for coming to the show and congratulations on your big PPV win. How does it feel to have one the most valuable championship in the company? Did you expected to beat such a skillful opponent as Omega and strip him of his title, which he had held for quite a time.
Alkertraz looks slightly taken back as Adrianne mentions there's only water.
"I'm made up of 78% water and I've got 7 pints of blood flowing through me the last thing that's going to quench my first is water, you got any energy drinks?... Thanks, your far to kind I appreciate that, but as far as it being the most valuable in the company?!... I would have to say in the wrestling universe bar none, but not would have to disagree but not because I'm the one holding the title. I see Ground Zero as the most original, instrumental, leading brand on the market. And that includes WWE and I go on record saying that. And if you feel the need to bleep or cut out my opinion like I'm not entitled to freedom of speech because you think it may course controversy between the ranks then go right ahead, this might be taped, but Primetime isn't."
"I don't know how long "The God of Ground Zero" had it for, but it was far too long in my eyes, it has some resemblance of John Cena's title reign in WWE, pointless, was given it a time in the business when he was the only star and every one got bored of it... As goes for expecting to win. Well, I would have to say hands down all banter aside and from the bottom of my heart there is no taking away that man’s ability and fortitude in the ring and he might just be up there in my top 5 feuds of my career... But that doesn't take away from the FACT I'm sitting here World Champion and he's somewhere watching this knowing no matter how many times he runs the scenario through his mind and questions himself repeatedly at the end of the day, when it's all said and done I'm the man with his name printed across the gold!..."
Adrianne moved a few strands of hair from her face as she looked down at her notes for a brief seconds and immediately looked back up at Alkertraz with this little hint of a smile.
Understood. Now, as you look through the roster of GZWA, do you see any worthy opponents or maybe people who might be good enough to have a future chance of competing against your for that title?
Alkertraz instantly glances over to the World Championship sitting next to him as it’s mentioned. He then takes the trucker cap from his head rubs his hand over his in a thinking motion then puts it back on.
Alkertraz – “Why don’t you say what you really mean Adrianne? Threat right!... Your asking me if I see any other person on the roster could be an instant threat to my position. And at its core, you want to know if any one is capable enough to step to the plate and make me let’s say, uneasy about the security of me keeping possession of this title in my reign. It’s a good question, but let me put it to you this way, would you go into any career or company knowing you are the best!. Forget retail, a franchise or a multi million dollar company and for metaphor sake imagine your apart of a football team, unless you are considered the best in the world, you want to be the best in the world, and the only way that’s possible is if you play and train or compete with and against the best in the world!...”
“You want to be pushed, made to graft day in, day out, and in a situation where on their best day they could even beat you. If you are to secure you lose passion and drive and that hunger you can’t get but from wanting to be the best. So when you ask me do I think there are people within this company that could be and do all that and even if I have to say it, beat me!... Then of course otherwise I wouldn’t be sitting here today. The potential and competition this industry has to offer, this brand has to offer surpasses any other in the world today and if I have to go as far as naming names then so be it…”
“First we have AJ Styles, you can’t deny what this man has given and done for this business to raise its profile and gain world wide interest and coverage, he’s dominated each division in every company he’s stepped into all over the world. “If we are talking future, even near future Championship material and I’m talking World title here, because these guys could easily be over as the new vacant Television Champion. Rising stars who you can’t fault for their passion and heart, Brad Kane and Jimmy Jacobs, I say give them the pressure and responsibility of a title such as the Television title and see what comes of it. Let them prove themselves like they think they can and if they don’t take there opportunity, at least they can’t say they weren’t given one… And as I’m on the subject of future potential I have to mention because it didn’t go unnoticed, the sudden appearance of this Genesis, I’ll look forward to see what comes of him…”

You don’t hear this often and if you haven’t seen it before you probably will never again, if you want to call it an exclusive for the show then go right ahead because I’m going to praise him for as much as I want to beat him. Whether this makes the powers that be take notice or reconsider there value of the man in question. I’m about to name one man and in doing so I hope it allows him the push I think is required for him to reach his full potential and if anything could make him within this company. You asked, so I’m going to answer from what I can see, the only competition for me right now in Ground Zero is Carnage!...”
On that bombshell Alkertraz sits back leaving the viewers and the wrestling world to take in what has just happened. Alkertraz has just openly praised on national TV a fellow roster member who isn’t even considered in the running for the World Heavyweight Championship. It was out of character for Alkertraz and if anything showed his frustration for the powers that be to not notice someone who could push everyone to the next level including the company.

Alkertraz - Fan questions, now that’s what I‘m talking about. And hello Missy, I’d have to say Genghis Khan, and the reasons, well after all he was pretty much a living God, or you could even say the King of the Mongols. He was an intelligent man with superior organizational and tactical abilities. For instance he established the first Mongol code of laws. He used harsh training and strict discipline to create a superior fighting force. Which isn’t far off how I’ve trained throughout my career, you wanna be the elite of Ground Zero, that’s what it takes. Genghis Khan was relentless, merciless and in his reign it’s said that the Mongols killed over 40 million people. He conqueror and founded the largest empire in history! In HISTORY!!... You think that’s impressive imagine this, he conquered a territory larger than Alexander the Great, Hitler and the Roman Empire COMBINED!!... not just impressive facts but a history listen as well!...
Adrianne smiled and nodded hearing his answer as the camera now focused solely on her.
