Backstory/Career History:
Mariah and ZX entered the company around the same time after ZX and Mariah first met backstage at a Mariah Carey concert. At the time, she going by her real name of Marisol Francesca Cruz. When they entered the ZXWWF together, ZX suggested that she called herself Mariah since they were big MC fans. Of course, she agreed to the idea. D-Mob noticed ZX's and Mariah's talents as upcoming Superstars and suggested that they should both help each other rise to the top. ZX and Mariah have an off and on relationship that's lasted for the past 8 years.
Mariah is the first ever ZXWWF diva to hold the ZXWWF title and one of the divas, along with Scary Mary, to pave the way for all of the ZXWWF Divas to have equal competition with the guys as well.
Mariah has also taken time off in the past 2 years to dedicate her time to train new divas for competition into the ZXWWF, including Kyra, Ashley, Amy Rose, Concubine, and Tiffany.
Don't think this girl is just a pretty face - she'll break your heart and leave you eating your food through a straw if you get on her bad side.
Mariah was part of the Golden Girls of Glamour, along with Sensational Mary and Marlena and used her golden talents to obtain the Women's Tag Team Championship with Marlena as her partner - who Mariah and Mary trained themselves. After her and Mary formally ejected Marlena from the Golden Girls, her and Mary welcomed Vixen Champion Kirsten into the fold as they became the Eves of Evolution (The past, present, and future of women's wrestling in ZXWWF). New name, same deal for the Vixens and Divas of ZXWWF - they are here to send them with a Dark Kiss (Steel Chair shoved into the face with a Sweet Chin Music) good night.
After the shocking closing of ZXWWF, Mariah was reluctant to join ZX into another company. After hearing word of her newfound rivals, Karen Beth Zurick and Lise Starr were already signing up she jumped at the opportunity to face them both in the ring once more.
Just like ZX, Mariah isn't shy for doing what it takes to win and to get what she wants. Her goals in GZWA is simple - teach all the wannabe Vixens and Divas that there's no one who's hotter physically or in the ring than the Wildfyre Vixen herself.
