Opening to the interviewing area, Christy Hemme stood dressed in a short black dress with a microphone in hand, smiling in front of the camera.
“Alright GZWA Universe, in this GZWA.com exclusive I’m about to interview Lise Starr about Primetime’s mainevent that she will be participating in. Remember, tonight’s episode of Primetime is the final before the long waited Slammiversary pay-per-view where Lise will take on her former best friend AJ Lee. Earlier today we had another exclusive with AJ and from what I heard the Heartbreaker is just about done watching it.”
As soon as Christy ended her words a yell could be heard nearby in an Australian accent which meant it was someone we knew best.
“I AM NOT A GODDAMN REDHEAD!”
Entering the scene, Lise Starr was not in a good mood thanks to AJ Lee’s earlier promo where she said many things about Starr including one little thing that appears to be sending the Heartbreaker ballistic.
“I dyed my hair red ONCE a loooong time ago and people still call me a redhead? …MY HAIR IS A BEAUTIFUL DARK BROWN-ISH BLACK COLOUR!”
“Umm… what the hell?”
“What was I thinking when I dyed it ages ago? I hate red hair and I hate those girls who dye it because it makes them “fierce” or “unique”. Well girls, you’re not unique! I see that same damn Bozo the Clown shade every single day!"
As Lise ranted about her hatred of red hair in a bizarre manner, the redheaded Christy Hemme shot her an extremely confused facial expression.
“You do realise you’re talking to a redhead?”
“…Yeah, so?”
“ANYWAY, that rant was completely off-topic, Lise. Jesus… ”
Sighing, Lise lowered her voice.
“I apologize, I am just extremely sensitive when it comes to my hair colour and everybody knows how I have been lately. My mind is a mess.”
“Let’s just forget about that. Tonight’s edition of Primetime is an important one for you. It’s the final show before Slammiversary and you will be completing in the mainevent, teaming up with GZWA World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles. Teaming up with the world champ, now that’s a huge deal, isn’t it?”
“Of course it’s a big deal. This is my first mainevent match in this company; I see it as a big accomplishment that I am proud of. Then look who I am teaming with. I’m not the biggest fan of AJ – AJ Styles that is but he’s a damn good wrestler and holding the world title for over a year? That is pretty impressive. However, this is weird to me I mean he is the boyfriend of Mei Long who I can’t stand. While I was the number one contender I wasn’t sober and she sorta took advantage of me, I could have been the GZWA Women’s Champion but then again, it could have meant that I would have never been saved by Punk. While I am teaming up with a guy named AJ, there’s a girl also named AJ who everybody knows oh so well. The little bitch told the world the secrets I shared with her, secrets which are dark and continue to haunt me to this day. Then she took another step too far by burning my belongings which included things that I cherished.”
Lise Starr looked down for a moment before looking back up at Christy Hemme.
“It’s a good thing I made up with Punk because after Primetime I didn’t have to go back to my lonely apartment wearing wrestling tights and a small top. I got to wear a nice, warm hoodie and then he brought me some clothes. He took care of me. It’s like the Straight Edge Society is all I have after AJ went batshit crazy. She was the closest friend I ever had. I could have forgotten about her smacking my head open with a ring bell and continued to stay her friend but that’s not the kind of person I am. If I was that person, I would probably have stayed in an abusive relationship with my insane ex.”
Realising that Lise was getting very personal; Christy decided to change the mood of the interview by asking another question.
“AJ Lee said that she wants to make your match a Street Fight. Do you accept that challenge, Lise?”
“A Street Fight? It sounds so tempting… although it’s something I have to think about. I have to think about how much I’d hurt AJ. I mean think about all the sorts of weapons I could use: chairs, tables, Singapore canes, perhaps a ring bell? This is something I need some time to think about so I promise tonight I’ll have my answer…”
Smirking to herself, Lise walked out of the scene as Christy Hemme stood still, microphone still in hand.
“The interview wasn’t supposed to be over… anyway, thank you for your time, Lise.”
