Official GZWA LiveWire Theme: In Stereo By Fort Minor
Recorded Date: May 6, 2016
Air Date: May 16, 2016
The show starts off with a bang as “Shoot the Thrill” by AC/DC blasts out of the PA System, officially kicking off the Second Season of GZWA Livewire! The camera pans the diehard crowd of the Hammerstein Ballroom before settling on “The Second City Machine Gun” Jimmy Powell and his partner Damien Carter at the commentary desk.
D: “Hello and welcome to GZWA LIVEWIRE!”
J: “It been a long time comin’, but were back bro!”
D: “You’re right Jimmy, it's been a whole year since we’ve had the pleasure of accompanying these fans on this wild ride, but with a card like this, you can't say we're not making it up to you.”
J: “Too True bro, this card is as stacked as this arena is, and it's totally packed to the brim dude. Speaking of which, these guys are about to blow the roof off this place, because here comes Mr. TV Champ, my man Daniel Widdel!”
** Singles Match **
GZWA Television Champion Daniel Widdel (w/ Amiee Vaughan)
vs.
The Great Zabimaru
After the opening bell, Victor Phillips storms the ring and immediately attacks the Television Champion. As a result, the win for this match is instantly awarded to Daniel Widdel as a result of a disqualification.
Victor Phillips doesn’t care as he continues to assault Widdel with the steel chair and choke him with the chair pressed against his throat. The Statement drops the chair to the mat and drug Widdel to his feet for the VIP Treatment (Vertebreaker) on the unforgiving steel. Fortunately, security personnel and several referees stormed the ring to separate the two Superstars before someone was badly hurt.
J: Woah, dude. That looked painful.
D: I'm glad security got out in time to stop Victor from doing anymore damage. I have to wonder though, how is Xion Zeros just going to let his men attack people in cold blood like this.
** Singles Match **
"Wonder Girl" Ashley Wonder
vs.
"Sexiest of the Sexy" Maryse Ouellet
The match starts off with Ashley Wonder mocking Maryse to the delight of the crowd by doing her signature hair flip and posing for the crowd. Of course this doesn’t sit with the Sexiest of the Sexy. Maryse allows her anger to get the better of her and blindly charges in. The Wonder Girl sees her coming and is ready to intercept her rash attack. Ashley pulls down the ropes and allows Maryse to fall out onto the ring apron. Ashley removes Maryse from the ring apron with a dropkick from behind to knock Maryse down to the floor. The Sexiest of the Sexy wasn’t out of the woods yet as she stood back up trying to shake off the cobwebs. The Wonder Girl launched her body between the ropes with a Suicide Dive to the outside.
Ashley Wonder wisely returned to the ring as the ringout count began as Maryse Ouellet laid out at ringside.

Maryse desperately slides back into ring. The Wonder Girl was more than happy to greet her with an Arm wrench to help Maryse back to her feet. Ashley Wonder then performed a ropewalk with Maryse in tow. She sprung from the ropes with a Flying Clothesline but Maryse ducks underneath the blow. The Sexiest of the Sexy is quick to capitalize on this opportunity with the French TKO.

NO!!!
The Wonder Girl stays defiant in this fight and gets her shoulder up before the count of three. Maryse Ouellet kicked Ashley Wonder in her side to roll her over and stomped the Vixen in the middle of her spine before applying the French Pain (Camel Clutch). The Wonder Girl bites tooth and nail against the hold, looking for a way to escape. She manages to slides out from underneath Maryse to drop the Sexiest of the Sexy onto her face with modified Electric Chair Drop. Just as Maryse was picking herself off the canvas, Ashley Wonder took control of the momentum with a Butterfly Swinging Neckbreaker. She continued her offense with a Shooting Star DDT as Maryse rose to her feet yet again and applies Figure Four Headscissors after the Sexiest of the Sexy’s skull bounced off the mat.
The tables are turned now as Maryse found herself in the same situation that she had the Wonder Girl in mere minutes ago. Maryse iis in a panic as she’s trapped in the hold. In her desperation, she threw her body halfway out of the ring to force a rope break. Ashley wasn’t going to allow this minor setback derail her from her goal of winning tonight. She dragged Maryse through the ropes by her blonde hair. She took a page out of Alice Shadow’s book with a series of High Knees to the face but Maryse struck first with a Shoulder Thrust followed by a rope-assisted Neckbreaker to stun the Wonder Girl. With the Wonder Girl disoriented, Maryse finished her off with the French Kiss (Snap DDT with theatrics) to take the win.

Amber Torres
vs.
"Fearless" Nikki Bella
After the opening bell, Nikki Bella surprisingly extends the Code of Honor to Amber Torres out of respect. The Code of Honor thrown out the window as Amber rejects the gesture by waving her away and uttering the words, “Bye Felicia.” Nikki retorts with a strong forearm smash to kick off this match. Amber reeled back from the blow but spun back around with a jumping enzuigiri. Nikki ducks underneath the blow and applies Abdominal Stretch. She hammered on abdomen with her fist repeatedly to add more pressure as Amber cried out in pain. Eventually, Nikki Bella gave up the ghost by dropping Amber to the mat with a Pumphandle Slam. She applied a Reverse Chin Lock but Amber hits Inverted Sitout Jawbreaker to break his hold.
With the tables turned, Amber follows up with Hair Pull Snapmare to toss Nikki over her shoulder and across the ring. Amber races over and sent Nikki reeling into the corner with a dropkick. Amber went for the kill in the form of a Dashing By (Shining Wizard into the corner) but Nikki counters with kneeling Powerbomb out of the corner to pin Amber’s shoulders to the mat.

T--WAIT!!!
Amber took the driver’s seat yet again with the Bitchfit (Crossface/Scissored Armbar) firmly applied to the Fearless One. Nikki breaks the hold with a rope break thanks to her ring awareness as she rested her feet onto the ropes.
It was Nikki Bella was the one to strike first after these two Vixens returned to their feet. Nikki aims to score with a Running Elbow Smash to Amber after shaking off the cobwebs. Amber stylishly evades with a Think Again (MaTrish evasion) into a Schoolboy Roll Up with her feet on the ropes.

Alicia Fox slaps Amber’s feet off the ropes. Amber’s partner-in-crime within the Clique maneuvers around the ringside area and we see Raven getting into the face of Alicia Fox. Raven’s intentions are nonchalant as she clearly warns her to keep from getting involved in this match but Foxy merely tosses gasoline onto this fire by tossing a fan’s drink into Raven’s face and into her hair. Without warning, this starts a brawl between the two Vixens.
Back in the ring, Amber is arguing the count with the referee until Nikki struck from behind with a Back Body Drop. Amber lands safely behind Nikki after being elevated overhead, smashing her skull into the canvas with an Inverted Hurracanrana. Amber confidently dragged Nikki back to her feet before planting her to the mat with the Droppin’ Dimez (Reverse Twist of Fate) and went for the win.
The referee isn’t counting even though Amber has this won. Instead the official is caught up in the dilemma between Raven and Alicia Fox brawling at ringside.
Frustrated, Amber shouts to Raven to settle down but this distraction gave Nikki the opening she needed. She struck with a Running Elbow to Amber’s spine, allowing Nikki go for the kill with the Rack Attack (Backbreaker Rack Drop). Nikki Bella covers Amber for the win while Raven and Foxy are still caught up in their minor dispute at ringside.

After Livewire returns from Commercial break, a surprising face is shown on the big screen in the form of the Great Zabimaru. Accompanying him is a short mustached englishmen in a suit. Zabimaru gives the man a nod of encouragement at the shorter man who turns to camera as Zabimaru begins to ramble in japanese. After a few seconds, the man begins to translate with a strong accent.
“Victor Phillips, earlier tonight, you cost me a chance at a fair and honorable match. As such, instead of facing Danuel Widdel, I demand that next time on Livewire, you face me in a Steel Cage match as retribution. No interference. No Machine. No VIP Lounge. Just me kicking your ass back and forth across the ring.”
The pair stop for a moment, and Zabimaru whispers in the Englishman's ear, who then seems to ponder for a moment before adding:
“Word to your mother!”
** Hardcore Tag Team Match **
GZWA Tag Team Champions The MisFits ("Tattooed Beauty" Laura Jackson & "Queen of Submission" Casey Cortez)
vs.
Straight-Edge Saviors ("Modern Day Warrior" Gabriel Wingue & "Dark Savior" Suicide)
The MisFits make their way to the ring with the Tag Team Championship belts in hand. Tonight they were on a mission after recent talks about them being to comfortable. The music for the Straight-Edge Saviors hits and Gabriel Wingue steps onto the stage and waits on his partner. The music plays for a few moments and then stops and then begins to play again. The fans are puzzled and again Suicide does not appear. The MisFits stand at the ropes laughing at Wingue's predicament and mock him while inviting him to step into the ring. Not one to be mocked Wingue begins to make his way down the ramp and enters the ring. Casey gives a mock clap as she thrusts her title into the referee's chest. The match is announced as a hardcore handicap match and the referee signals for the bell.
Casey and Laura discuss who is going to start the match when both are met with a running double clothesline that sends them into their corner. Wingue quickly begins stomping on Casey but that is short lived thanks to Laura who grabs him from behind around the neck and yanking him down to the mat. Casey stands up and immediately gets angry. She grabs his arm and yanks him up and into a belly to belly suplex. Laura seeing Casey's dominance decides to step out of the ring and immediately goes under the ring and grabs a chair. Casey gets on her knees and delivers some very stiff right hands with a closed fist and the referee begins to make the 5-count to which Casey sneers and stops at the count of 4. Quite pleased with herself, she looks over to see Laura sliding weapons into the ring. She motions for Laura to get on the apron for a tag and finds herself rolled up into a quick school boy leverage pin. Casey was caught completely off guard but manages to kick out before the three count.
Wingue already having faced her wrath quickly kips to his feet as Casey pounds the mat in anger. WIngue slides out of the ring and ducks down as he sees Laura running around the corner and surprises her with a hard clothesline. Casey is now behind him and he backs into her and she spins him around and lifts him up and sends him down with a powerslam. Laura is now in a bad mood grabs a bat and drags it on the floor as she approaches Wingue. Casey grunts in approval as Laura stands over him. Casey grabs a chair and bashes Wingue as he attempts to stand. Laura has an evil smile on her face and she directs Casey to lay the chair over his head. Casey does so and with a primal scream Laura begins to hit the chair with the bat.
Laura tosses the bat aside and stares at her destruction. Casey kicks the chair off of Wingue who is lying motionless and picks him off the ground and tosses him through the second rope into the ring. They both slide into the ring and Casey lifts Wingue to his feet and Laura grabs him and sets up for the Tattoo This (Half Nelson Suplex) that sends him crashing into tlhe mat. The crowd boos the continued beating on the partnerless Wingue. Casey boos them back as does Laura. Casey rolls Wingue to his feet and places his head between her legs before wrapping her arms around his torso and pulling him up for The Fembomb (Jacknife Powerbomb). Casey drops to her knees and covers him with one finger as the referee makes the three count.

Casey and Laura are handed their titles and they both go to the nearest camera and shove the belts into the shot.
** Main Event: Singles Match **
GZWA World Heavyweight Champion "Hardcore Monster" Carnage (w/ Veda Scott)
vs.
"Straight-Edge Juggalo" Ryan Kendrick
Veda Scott stood in the ring as Livewire returned from commercial break with a microphone in hand.
“To borrow a line from another ravishing redhead, welcome to our place of worship. My name is Veda Scott. I don’t believe in miracles but I DO believe in monsters… THE HARDCORE MONSTER, CARNAGE. Monsters like Carnage will continue to lay waste to everything that you hold dear. You won’t be able to protect your children from these beasts and there will be nowhere to hide. In the wake of the destruction that these monsters leave behind, the Machine shall take the ashes of this world and build a new paradise.
If I may add, I will say that the loss suffered at the hands of the Machine to the so-called ‘Team Champions’ can be best described as a miracle.
It doesn’t matter - one loss in a meaningless match means exactly that - absolutely NOTHING. They haven’t changed a thing. Being the World Heavyweight Champion is the highest plateau that one can attain in GZWA. I found it to be some form of a sick joke that it took all of peasants to pin the Machine’s monster. They couldn’t get the job done at Riot Control, yet somehow they came together like the Captain Planet and the Planeteers on Primetime.
Tonight, Carnage won’t have that problem. Tonight, Carnage faces a man who should not be feared. Ryan Kendrick is a man who is feared by NO ONE within the Machine. Despite the Biblical beating that the Hardcore Monster has in store for Kendrick tonight, he should be thanking the heavens for Carnage even sharing the same ring with him.”
Just as Veda finishes her speech “Dedicated” by Linkin Park hits on the PA full blast, as Kendrick comes striding down to the ring twirling Stings iconic bat in one hand, before pointing it straight at Veda. All the while, Kendrick uses the mic in his other hand to address the woman.
“Blah Blah Blah. You know, I, along with EVERYBODY else is getting really tired of you running that pretty little mouth of you’res Veda. And jeez, you guys wonder why everybody hates lawyer's, its because you wont shut up! At least in this scenario, making you isnt that hard…”
With that, Kendrick brings the baseball bat down on the top rope of the ring, where Vedas face had been mere moments before, the impact capitalized by a crack you could hear in the rafters. Veda would take the hint and wisely get out of dodge; sliding out of the ring before slinking back towards the commentary desk to view the proceedings from afar. Meanwhile, Kendrick jumps up onto the apron causally while turning his attention to the World Champion.
“Alright, now that the Scarlet Bitch is out of the way, lets have a talk Sunshine, man to Caveman.”
Kendrick shows no fear as he enters the ring, playfully twirling the bat in his hand without taking his eyes off the monster.
“I’ll cut to the chase and make it simple for ya, so that you dont get a migraine overthinking it. If all I am to the Machine is some kind of no-name Scrub, then put that Big Gold Belt of yours on the line and prove it. How about it tall, burnt and ugly?!”
Carnage openly accepts without consent from Veda Scott who looks in horror.
Veda Scott shouts, “Shouldn’t we consult Mr. Zeros first!!!”
Carnage shoots Veda a glare that would strike fear into any man or woman.
Veda wisely retreats halfway up the entrance ramp to maintain a safe distance.
Carnage charges in only to experience a shot in the abdomen. Kendrick tosses the bat out of the ring as the match officially starts. The Straight-Edge Juggalo drops the Hardcore Monster to the canvas with a Scorpion Death Drop in honor of his mentor. With Carnage at his feet, Kendrick wastes no time applying Scorpion Deathlock. Veda Scott climbs on top of ring apron to distract the referee in fear of the Hardcore Monster submitting but Kendrick releases the hold to super kick Veda down to the floor.
Kendrick turned back around to face Carnage and walked right into the pending Military Press Stungun from Carnage. After dropping Kendrick throat-first onto the ropes, Carnage follows up with a Chokeslam. Unfortunately for the Hardcore Monster, Kendrick lands safely behind Carnage. He then rebounds from the ropes with a Springboard Knee Strike. The blow rocked Carnage enough to allow Kendrick to follow up with an Evenflow DDT. After being rocked from the first blow, Kendrick applies Koji Clutch to grounded Hardcore Monster.
The crowd is on their feet as referee raises Carnage’s arm two times in succession to no response as it looks like the Hardcore Monster has passed out in the hold. Carnage shook his arm in defiance on third raise, stands up with Kendrick’s hold still firmly applied around his neck. Carnage puts on an impressive display of strength as he swung Kendrick around like a pendulum into Black Hole Slam in a massive counter to break the hold by force.
Both Superstars down and out, but Carnage shook off the cobwebs first and climbed the top rope as Carnage preps for Big Splash
Ryan Kendrick delays his flight plans with Springboard Knee Strike to leave Carnage stunned on top rope. The Straight-Edge Juggalo wows the crowd once more with The Mighty Death Pop (Reverse Frankensteiner).

Everyone is in disbelief that the Hardcore Monster kicked out.
Ryan Kendrick rallies the masses to their feet as he stalks the waking Carnage with a High Impact Spear. Carnage caught Kendrick upon impact and hoisted him into the air by gutwrenching him into the Buckle Bomb counter followed by Total Annihilation for the win.

After the match, the Hardcore Monster isn’t satisfied with just winning and retaining his title. Carnage stomps on Kendrick’s leg before applying the Stretch Muffler. After finally regaining consciousness, Veda Scott slid Sting’s bat into the ring and Carnage motions to swing to the fences. The lights go out and come back on with the Stinger himself standing face-to-face with the Hardcore Monster with his bat back where it belongs and pointed at Carnage.
Sting struck first, sending Carnage reeling into the corner. Sting hits a Stinger Splash before helping Kendrick to his feet before the duo charged in with a double dose of Stinger Splashes. Carnage stopped them both in their tracks with a Double Chokeslam before exiting the ring with the World Heavyweight Championship draped over his shoulder and the bodies of Sting and Kendrick laid out in the ring as tonight’s broadcast came to a close.
