Backstory/Career History: Jayson Heagerty... just the last name is a dynasty. His grandfather on his mothers side was a wrestling promoter. His grandfather on his fathers side was a former boxing official. His father Patrick Heagerty was a well travel veteran. Pat told his son that it would not be easy getting into the wrestling business. Jayson was driven to surpass his father. His mother Melissa Heagerty a wrestling organization owner. Jayson trained under Stone Cold Steve Austin at his parents promotion. Jayson started wrestling for his parents at 18 and was one of the youngest champions at the age of 19. Jayson was later surpassed by his younger brother Chris who did it at 18. The two brothers had their share of problems spending a year fighting over that championship. Jayson at one point was put out with a broken hand from his brother. Much like siblings they fight and make up. Jayson would later manage Chris unto he left the promotion to everyone surprise. Being a free agent means he could have gone anywhere, but he choose GZWA.

Outside the ring Chris is a father of 1 son Keith Randal Heagerty with current girlfriend Katie Knight, his high school sweetheart.

Jayson asks the question to himself sitting in the dim room, the swinging light bulb in the middle showing him hands clutched staring down at the floor.

Why didn't I just take the easy root? Come back and be the champion I known I am. It's the question I get asked most often now from my mother, my father, my brother, my girlfriend. Well, I need the change and I need the challange. I needed to known am I as good, as I think I am. Am I truly a great wrestler like my father or am I just average?

He chuckles.

I guess there is only one real way to find out.

He walks away, letting his actions speak for him in the coming weeks. Will he find a welcoming home in GZWA or hand his head in shame, knowing what could have been?
