*** Television Championship Special ***
Venue: Prudential Center
Location: Newark, NJ
Prof. X: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to the Television Championship Special. This is a special one-night tournament to crown the champion of the recently reactivated Television Championship.
Francine: Like Mr. Zeros said on Primetime, don’t say that we don’t give you guys anything for Christmas as this special is gift-wrapped and special delivered just for everyone in the GZWA Nation.
The Carter: Does that mean I’m getting a present from you this year, Franny? I could go backstage and get a mistletoe for you can give me a kiss.
Francine: You do that and you can kiss your ass goodbye figuratively and literally. My gift to you is my ongoing urge not to drown you in the nearest lake with a pair of cement shoes…
The Carter: I didn’t know you cared, Franny!
Francine: Keep on dreaming, sunshine…
Amanda is shown as she is in her locker room, together with Rose, and tries to get ready for her match. She’s already dressed in her ring gear and Rose rubs her shoulders.
Amanda: “It’s not that I’m nervous, but I really wish that this here would be over. I hate such triple threat matches, but I also wanna win. The next champ should be me, the goddess.”
She laughs out.
Amanda: “And I also hope that our new fan kicks Casey’s ass. She deserves it.”
Suddenly there’s a knock on the locker room dor of Amanda as we hear Vinnie’s voice
Vinnie: “Can i come in??”
After hearing a yes it is Vinnie that enters she sees the two gorgeous ladies he swallows for a moment.
Vinnie: “I got your text you wanted to talk to me?”
A bit surprised that he really came over Amanda looks up.
Amanda: “Oh, you really came over ....cool”
As he has entered, she looks at him in her arrogant way.
Amanda: “Well, I don’t spend my time with rookies, but I still wanted to wish you good luck in your Match against my ugly sis.”
He rolls his eyes after the rookie remark
Vinnie: “So you wanted to belittle me before wishing me well?? Ive been wrestling for years mami. I will handle that chica, no problemo. But uhm why so surprised?? Worried I lost the way??”
Now Amanda laughs.
Amanda: “I’m not worried, I was just trying to get ready for my match.”
While Amanda is still talking to him, Rose tapes her wrists.
Amanda: “But I wouldn’t be so sure that you can handle her. Others tried it before and they failed. This chick is a real sadistic monster. So be carefully. I don’t wanna see her break your neck.”
Vinnie grabs his neck after hearing what Amanda had to say before shaking his head
Vinnie: "Understandable your concerns, but I am a Mariachi, I know what the weakneses are for the ladies”
Now the two ladies roll their eyes over his comment
Vinnie: “I bet they wanted to get physical and beat her, i want to make her desires come true when these hands will make her feel things shenever felt before”
Now Amanda’s jaw drops down.
Amanda: “You want what?”
And now Rose interrupts them.
Rose: “Hey, I think there you won’t have success. Casey is no real woman and she has no feelings. If you wanna survive that match, then you’ll have to break her neck.”
Amanda nods.
Rose: “But what might help you is that she has an old shoulder injury. Maybe you can use this. Damn, I really wanna see her suffer.”
Vinnie grins as he nods his head
Vinnie: “Thank you Mami Rose, i am sure i will use that. Just wanted to know what will happen after beating her??”
Rose shrugs.
Rose: “We will see ...haha, maybe my little goddess here needs another valet.”
She squeezes Mandy’s sides and Amanda shrieks.
Amanda: “Hey ...whatcha doing?”
Rose: “Me? Nothing ...”
Vinnie’s eyes are locked at her heaving chest and is mesmerized
Vinnie: “I'll do it mami”
He starts to grin and lick his lips
A bit taunting him rose looks at him.
Rose: “Well, then you can start your job right now.”
She starts again to rub Amanda’s shoulders.
Rose: “Gimme that massage oil.”
He doesn't move as his eyes follow Rose’s hands before getting out of his trance.
Vinnie: “Massage oil?? Coming up!!”
Stumbling over bags and chairs as he finally grabs it and turns towards them. He hands it over to Rose as he smiles at both
Vinnie: “Here mamis”
Rose roles her eyes, but she holds back her comment. Then she pours some of it into her hands to warm it up and begins to massage Mandy’s shoulders. Again she looks at him.
Rose: “Well, if you wanna help, then you can massage her feet.”
His eyes bulge out in excitement, dropping his jaw as he stammers.
Vinnie: “Her...., feet??”
He looks at her winking as he walks towards Rose and pours some oil on his hands before kneeling before Amanda. He takes in her beauty before letting his hand massage her left foot she raised.
Vinnie: “Hmm so soft”
He starts to whimper as he lets his hand tickle and massage her soles”
Amanda closes her eyes and relaxes.
Amanda: “Well, that’s the right way to treat your goddess and future champ.”
But as he tickles her, she giggles and curls her cute toes.
Amanda: “Hey, whatcha doing?”
She wants to jump up, but Rose stands behind her and holds her down. She winks at Vinnie.
Rose: “Seems that someone is a bit sadistic ...”
Vinnie is whimpering as he gently massages her feet, clearly lost in his own desires as he didnt hear Amanda.
Vinnie: “I worship these feet”
He kisses the top of her feet as he looks up at her flustered face
Vinnie: “Am i a good papi??"
And Amanda still giggles.
Amanda; “Hehe, yes ....me likes this ...”
She squirms a bit, but Rose holds her in place.
Rose: “Seems that our lil goddess becomes kinky again.”
Then she looks at Vinnie.
Rose: “Ok, you survived your first test. So if you win against Casey you’ll get a nice reward. And if you make her suffer really bad, then this reward will be even better.”
He swallows as he looks back at the feet of Amanda before grinning and lowers his face to her toes as he sucks her big toe in his mouth and lets it slowly pop out of it
Vinnie: “Then I guess will have to make her suffer no? Because”
He looks up at Amanda’s body
Vinnie: “I want it all mami!!"
And Amanda giggles, but Rose interrupts them.
Rose: “Hey ...that’s my job.”
Then Rose winks at him.
Rose: “So if you win your match, you can do this for one hour.”
An now Amanda looks up.
Amanda: “Hey, did you just sold me?”
Rose nods.
Rose: “Yes, i did. I think you wanted to get rid of your sister, so this lil reward is ok.”
Then Rose turns back to Vinnie.
Rose: “And if you manage it to injure her and send her to hospital, you’ll get a whole evening”
Amanda’s eyes widen.
Amanda: “Hey, that’s murder.”
Vinnie grins as he slowly gets to his feet as his body is inches away of Amanda. Taking in her beauty as he winks at her before turning to Rose.
Vinnie: “I will do so as i had promised to protect her, but an extra incentive is always appreciated. I will see you tonight mami”
He leans in and whispers something in her ear as she blushes
Vinnie: “Think about it, maybe you will think differently of this rookie??"
Rose: “Ok, then this is cleared.”
Rose winks at him and then the scene fades to black.
Chance Justice vs. "The Goddess" Amanda Cortez vs. Justin Lockhart
Prof. X: After Amanda Cortez forfeit the World Heavyweight Championship to the Machine for her freedom, the GZWA Nation has been wondering why she has been allowed to compete in this tournament.
Francine: I didn't like what she did either, but for Christ's sake, she was the only woman in the Television Championship's history to win the damn thing. Outside of her and Mike Bradley, they are the only two former champions that are still part of the company and naturally were invited to compete in this tournament. That was more than fair if you ask me. Don't tell me that we have idiots on social media who don't understand that?
The Carter: It would have been sweet if we could have all of the former champions in the mix here but I can respect that Genesis is a family man now and Daniel Widdel is pursuing other opportunities in the wrestling world.
Prof. X: Justin Lockhart has been begging for an opportunity to show his skills as he refuses to become an afterthought on the ever-growing GZWA roster. For many people within the GZWA Nation, this is redemption time for Amanda Cortez. She may still be an unwilling pawn of the Machine, but will she be able to prove to the fans and more importantly herself that she deserves this opportunity? Last but not least, this match serves as the golden 'chance' for Chance Justice, a Superstar who has been turning heads with every match since making his debut. Is tonight going to be his time to shine?
The bell rung to start this match off and immediately Amanda Cortez slides out of the ring, making sure to stay out of the way of Chance Justice and Justin Lockhart. Amanda and Rose Cortez seem to be discussing strategy for this match while the action continued in the ring. Chance Justice caught Justin Lockhart off guard with Russian Leg Sweep while his eyes followed Amanda and Rose at ringside. Chance went for rebound Big Boot to continue his offense, only for Rose to pull down the ropes, causing Chance to tumble out of the ring. Amanda then took the opportunity to return back into the ring with Springboard Splash to pin the grounded Justin Lockhart.
ONE…
T--NO!!!
The Goddess wasn’t discouraged by Lockhart’s kick-out, so she focused her efforts on keeping Chance Justice out of the equation. She threw herself between the ropes with a Suicide Dive to waking Chance Justice while transitioning into a Tornado DDT. Chance uses Amanda’s momentum against her with an explosive reversal in the form of a Sidewalk Slam on ringside floor. Chance Justice wasn’t willing to play Amanda’s games, so he cleared the commentary table before tossing her on top of it. Chance then climbed the turnbuckle and took flight with a 450 Splash onto Amanda on top of commentary table. Rose attempted to save the Goddess by throwing her own body as a shield over Amanda’s body but wind up with both women taking the impact.
Francine: So much for that plan. Looks like both Amanda and Rose won’t be up to much mischief now that they are out of the way. And with them piled up on top of each other like that, seems like they are right at home at the expense of our lovely table…
The Carter: I’m not complaining about the up close and personal view here.
Justin Lockhart wasn’t left out of the action at ringside as he comes down from the top rope with a Diving Cross Body. Justin doesn’t waste any time rolling Chance back into the ring and threw out the welcome mat in the form of a slingshot variation of the Famouser before rolling Chance over for a pin.
ONE…
TW--NO!!!
Justin Lockhart continued his offense with series of Yes Kicks until Chance ducked underneath the last kick and rolled Lockhart up into a Schoolboy Pin.
ONE…
TW--NO!!
Chance shot the waking Justin Lockhart into the ropes as he hit the opposite ropes. Both men rebound from the ropes, looking to collide in the middle of the ring when they are hit simultaneously with the Fade to Black (The Gore) from the returning Amanda Cortez.
Amanda covers Chance.

She then covers Justin.

T---NO!!
Both pins came to the same result as Amanda pounds her fists on the mat out of frustration. Rose aids her by sliding a table and a steel chair into the ring and sets up one more table at ringside. After setting up the table in the corner, Amanda hammers the chair over Chance’s spine before turning her attention to the waking Justin Lockhart. Justin swept Amanda’s feet out from underneath her, causing her to faceplant onto the steel chair. He then picked her up from the mat and executes the Lock Crusher (Skull-Crushing Finale), smashing her face through the table effectively setup in the corner. Justin covers the Goddess in a pin of his own.
ONE…

THRE---NO!!!
Justin Lockhart’s victory barely slipped through his fingers as Rose Cortez stood on the ring apron to distract the referee. Justin had enough of Rose and Amanda’s foul play. He tri-jumps off the ropes in the corner and vaults over the top rope to perform a Tornado DDT to send himself and Rose crashing through the table setup at ringside. Back in the ring, Chance beckons Amanda to her feet as she leans against the ropes looking on with despair after seeing what happened to Rose. He charges straight for her with a Spear, but she reacts in time to counter with a Drop Toe Hold to whip Chance onto the middle rope. Amanda then follows up with the 187 (619) to set Chance up for the pending Springboard Kimura Lock. Things don’t go as planned for the Goddess as Justin Lockhart threw her back into the ring with a Hip Toss. Justin Lockhart took the reeling Chance and slams him into the corner with a Spinebuster. This lethal combination wasn’t complete without Justin charging back into the corner with Amanda on his shoulders as he slams her onto Chance already slumped into the corner with a running variation of the Michinoku Driver. Justin dragged the already weary Amanda Cortez to her feet and readied her for the Lock Crusher once more. Lockhart executes the maneuver successfully, but with some unintentional added effect as Chance came down from middle rope behind them with a diving variation of the Only Need One Chance (Curb Stomp) to the back of both of their heads to plant them both into the canvas. Chance covers the Goddess as the referee makes the count.

THREE!!!
"The Next Level" Mike Bradley vs. "High Spot Hero" Equinox vs. "The Iceman" Konrad Raab
Prof. X: Out of the men who have been the most vocal about GZWA reviving and reactivating the defunct Television Championship, these are the three individuals that you can call the most outspoken about the matter.
The Carter: Not to mention that Mike Bradley is on the crisp of becoming the first ever 3-time champion if he wins this tournament...
Francine: It's a new belt and new championship, who says that has to be the same criteria. If Genesis was still around here, we wouldn't be hearing the end of this either from him if he happened to pull that feat off add it to his laundry list of accolades. I know I'm grasping at straws here, but I'm more nervous about Mike potentially bragging on and on about this title win than I was when Amanda Cortez won this title and when she won the World Heavyweight Championship a few months ago. Couldn't we just let this title go into CM Punk's refrigerator and continue to make people's ears perk up at the mention of its name?
Prof. X: Sorry, but I'm going to have to disagree with you there. As long as we have healthy competition ready and willing to go the extra mile for this title, I stand with Mr. Zeros' decision to allow these individuals a platform to fight for it.
The Carter: Besides, it can't be THAT bad right, Franny?
Francine: Ironically, I give myself that same pep talk every night before coming out here to do commentary with you.
The match starts off with all three men looking who is going to make the first move, until that was decided by Equinox and Konrad Raab working together to send the Next Level into the ropes and take him out of the equation with a Double Clothesline to send Mike Bradley over the top rope.
Francine: Can't be surprised at that strategy. Both Equinox and Konrad are both on the same team for the Stardom Tag Team Classic. Given their history outside of GZWA to boot, they would want to eliminate anyone in their way of success in this tournament.
The Carter: This is definitely an unfavorable situation for Mike, given the fact that none of the Bradley Clan is in this tournament other than him.
Prof. X: I wouldn't rule them out from them being far away, given the faction's obsession with crossing the Machine.
Konrad and Nox share a fist bump before squaring off against each other, silently agreeing that may the best man may win. The Iceman opens with an European Uppercut, only for Nox to grab his arm in motion and twist it around for a Rainmaker Clothesline. The Iceman ducks underneath the swing and performs a Bridging German Suplex.
ONE…
TW---WAIT!!
Nox rolled back and popped back up to his feet with Standing Double Foot Stomp to the Iceman's mid-section.
Prof. X: The Iceman already is ailing from his injuries from wrestling for other promotions over the past weekend. He agreed to compete here tonight when he knew his body wasn't at 100%.
With the Iceman clutching his midsection, Nox sought out to end this early with the Dark Kingdom (Swanton Bomb) but he found his plans derailed by a Jumping Enzuigiri. Mike joined Nox on the top rope and performed a top rope variation of the Final Boss (Spanish Fly). He hits the maneuver on Equinox while simultaneously landing on top of the grounded Konrad Raab with the Moonsault portion of the maneuver. The Iceman wisely rolls out onto the ring apron to avoid the inevitable pinfall while Mike focuses on Nox by hooking his leg into a pin.
ONE…
TWO…
TH---NO!!!
The Carter: Wow, I thought that would have been it right there. That was enough to put down any other Superstar.
Prof. X: Don't count any of these men out of the picture yet. They are willing to push themselves above and beyond for the right to walk into 2018 as the new Television Champion.
Francine: Even that much I can respect from these men, I'll admit that much...
Mike then transitions into an application of the Anaconda Vise as he tries not to lose control of the momentum thus far. Nox crawls towards the ropes in attempt to force a rope break, but Mike kicks off ropes to back them away back towards the middle of the ring for more favorable position for wearing down Equinox. What Mike didn't consider was the Iceman latching onto his leg as he stepped back through the ropes to apply the Ice Lock (Ankle Lock). The Iceman contorts the Next Level's limb as he struggles to maintain the grip on his Anaconda Vise applied. Mike's grip loosens enough to allow Equinox to make his escape. Once back on a vertical base, Nox hits the ropes and floors Konrad Raab with a Sling Blade neckbreaker. Mike Bradley wasn't off the hook either as he was shot into the corner with an Irish Whip. Mike reverses the whip mid-execution to send Nox into the corner instead, but the High Spot Hero turns this into his favor as he rebounds out of the corner with the Rising Revolution (Corkscrew Flipping Neckbreaker). Before Nox could make the cover, the Iceman connects with a Spear from out from nowhere and covers his friend.

THRE---NO!!!
Another near-fall thwarted in this match as the referee noticed that Nox had his foot underneath the bottom rope. Mike Bradley connects with a Super Kick to Konrad's jaw just as he was about to argue the count with the official. Mike then targeted Konrad's ailing ribs by following up with a Running Shooting Star Press. The Next Level hooks the leg on the Iceman, looking to take the win right here.
ONE…
TWO…
THRE--WAIT!!!
It takes everything the Iceman has to grit his teeth through the pain and roll through his feet with Mike in tow and drop him over his knee in a powerful Gutbuster reversal. With Mike writhing in pain, Konrad proves that turnabout is fair play in a match like this with an application of the Cologne Cloverleaf (Texas Cloverleaf). The Next Level has nowhere to go, it's looking like the Iceman may take the victory here. That is until Nox intervenes with the Headache in the Morning (Aleister Black's Black Mass Kick). Konrad managed to release the hold in time to duck the blow and immediately counters with the Ice Storm (Diamond Cutter). That's was the plan anyway... until Nox rammed Konrad into the corner to counter, which allows him to counter with the Delete By Fate (Pumphandle Lift Into a Reverse STO).
Equinox was unable to go immediately for the cover as Mike Bradley went for the Boston Strangler (Half Nelson Choke with Body Scissors) from behind. Equinox staggers back and rams both of their bodies into the corner. Nox hits the ropes and returns with a Flying Clothesline that Mike intercepts by swinging Nox around for another Final Boss (Standing Spanish Fly). As soon as Mike lands from the maneuver, he found himself thrown overhead as Konrad Raab capitalizes with the Frozen Pin (Bridging German Suplex) to pin the Next Level’s shoulders to the mat.

Equinox comes down from the top rope with the Dark Kingdom (Swanton Bomb) to the midsection of Konrad Raab to break the pin. He covers the Iceman.

Grand Finals - Chance Justice vs. “High Spot Hero” Equinox
Prof. X: It’s time to decide who is going to walk away from this match as the new GZWA Television Champion going into the New Year.
The Carter: Chance Justice and Equinox are the last men standing. No pun intended there. It’s going to come down to one of these two men.
Francine: It’s going to be an early Christmas for the winner while the loser goes home with a lump of coal in their stocking.
After the opening bell, Equinox opens with a Spinning Back Elbow. Chance responds with a Swinging Neckbreaker to counter. He continues his offense with a Shining Wizard to the waking Nox, only for the High Spot Hero to react with a Snake Eyes to counter by dropping Chance onto the ropes behind him. This in turn allows Equinox to perform a Spinning Glorious DDT to quickly take control of this match as he promptly covers Chance.

NO!!!
Chance Justice manages to kick out shortly after the count of two. Equinox delivers a Penalty Kick to the waking Chance. Chance smelt the coffee and was ready and alert to intercept Nox with a Drop Toe Hold to counter. With Nox face-planted into the mat, this allows Chance to apply the Crossface.
Prof. X: Chance Justice showing off his technical prowess here as Equinox finds himself in an uncompromising position here.
Nox nearly reaches ropes for a break but Chance broke the hold to perform a Russian Leg Sweep to take him away from salvation. Chance then continued his offense with a Spear to waking Nox. The High Spot Hero stopped him in his tracks with a Spinning Knee Strike followed by a Release German Suplex. To the surprise of the GZWA Nation, Chance lands on feet behind Nox, leaving him in the best position to capitalize with an One Handed Bulldog. Chance instantly follows up with the Only Need One Chance (Curb Stomp) to seal the deal.

THRE---NO!!!
Chance Justice only manages a near-fall from that maneuver with Equinox rolling out onto the ring apron. Chance wasn’t letting the High Spot Hero off the hook. He tries drag him back between the ropes, only for Equinox to send him reeling back with a Shoulder Thrust. Chance retorts by vaulting over the top rope and performing Sunset Flip Powerbomb to bring Equinox down to the ringside floor. Chance wasn’t going to stop there as he leapt from the ring apron with a Tornado DDT. Equinox caught Chance into an Inverted Atomic Drop and rammed his spine into the ring apron. Equinox performs the Delete By Obsolete (Styles Clash) on the ringside floor just as the air was knocked out of Chance’s lungs. Equinox left his adversary on the ringside floor as he rolled back into the ring to recover while the referee began the ring out count.

Chance Justice made it back into the ring shortly after the count of 7. Equinox is ready to greet him with a Package Piledriver. Chance manages to flips Equinox overhead to counter and hits the opposite ropes. Chance impacts into Equinox’s body as he returns with an explosive Spear on the rebound to leave both Superstars down and out.
Prof. X: That maneuver took as much out of Chance Justice as it did to Equinox upon impact. The official has no choice but to start the double knockout count here.

Both men return to their feet shortly before the ten count. Both men went right back to work with Chance Justice striking with a Superkick to Equinox’s jaw. He reeled back from the impact and returned the not-so-kind gesture with a Shoot Kick. Chance was rocked by the blow as well, but returned fire with another Superkick. This time, Equinox retaliated with a Rainmaker Clothesline that turns Chance inside out from the impact. The High Spot Hero didn’t stop there as he drags Chance back to his feet and right into the pending Five-Star Pentagram (Pedigree). Chance Justice spun out position to reverse the maneuver into a Snap DDT to spike Equinox head-first into the canvas. Chance then took to the skies with a 450 Splash after diving from the top rope. Equinox rolls out of the way at the last instant, causing Chance to crash and burn. Equinox limps to his feet and hits the ropes, rebounding with the Wayward Destroyer (Front Flip DDT) before Chance could recover. He makes the cover.

Zoey Valentine: Your winner and NEW Television Champion, Equinox!
Prof. X: There you have it, folks. After a long fought back and forth battle, Equinox has emerged victorious as the winner of this Television Championship Special.
Francine: He should take the time to enjoy his win tonight as the target is definitely on his back come in the New Year with the title on the line in every match he finds himself in on Primetime.
The Carter: Definitely! You know everyone who competed in this tournament will be clamouring for another opportunity to get the gold.
Prof. X: That's all the time we have tonight, GZWA fans. From our family to yours, we wish you all the happiest of holidays and a Happy New Year. See you all in 2018.
