Ok so you know the Equake in Japan was 8.9. And you know about the Tsunami afterwords. I was just wondering if the Tsunami afterwards hit anybody else. I live out on the California Coast outside the Bay area and the only thing that was really hit that hard was the Santa Cruz harbor. Before I went to work this morning I went to the Coast in Aptos to see if I could see anything coming. So I saw the first surge of the Tsunami and the tide level went down 10 feet but then came back in which took about a half hour. I then had to go to work. I'm going to go later and see what happened to the Santa Cruz harbor. Does anybody else live on the Coast? Did anybody else see anything?

I'm on the east coast and in the same day, we went from light jacket weather and rain to sub-zero temperatures, high winds (that are still going on), freezing rain/snow, etc. It's amazing how one event like that can effect the entire world.

Yeah the temperature dropped here earlier this morning and throughout the day. I'm in South Carolina, but good to hear you guys in other parts of the world are doing okay. I know I had to check on a friend or two who had their families stationed in Japan as part of the military. For now, they are fine from what I've heard.

My parents took pics of the Santa Cruz Harbor while the Tsunami waves were rolling in and causing damage. I got pics of OCean Beach up in San Francisco (its gone) So I have download them and post them for you all to see.
