Gimmick Type: After being in GZWA almost a year, Daniels feels like he hasn't accomplished anything. He feels screwed over, and knows that he and fiancee, Tina Angel deserve better in the company. After being a cocky heel for the past year, Daniels decides that he hasn't been taken seriously and drops the comedy act. He mostly keeps to himself, and employs dirty tactics in the ring to get an advantage such as holding a submission almost to a 5 count, attacking opponents after the match, and utilizing weapons that Tina slides into the ring.

Christopher Daniels was one of the cornerstones of TNA's X-Division for years alongside best friend, AJ Styles. Daniels slowly became jealous of Styles when AJ started stepping more into the main event picture, seeming to forget his X-Division roots. After Styles left TNA in May 2011, Daniels thought he would get a main event push. However, he got pushed out of the spotlight for younger talent. After making a guest appearance at the GZWA Slammy Award show to present AJ Styles with his awards, he got revenge by hitting Styles with Angel's Wings on the stage.
After a few more months in TNA, Christopher Daniels continued to get passed over for younger talent while his hatred boiled inside him as he watched the division he created seemingly get destroyed. When AJ Styles won the GZWA Television Championship, Daniels decided to take matters into his own hands. He began interrupting Styles' promos and ReActions by cutting out sound or causing a blurry picture.
In March of 2012, three months after Styles won the Television Championship, Daniels became aware that his little distractions weren't good enough to cause AJ to understand what was going on. He started showing up at the GZWA arena dressed as a black robed druid and warping his voice to avoid recognition, however due to AJ Styles ongoing feud with Genesis and Double S, he was none the wiser that it was The Fallen Angel playing mind games.
At Devils May Cry, The Fallen Angel made his official GZWA debut revealing his true identity to AJ and leaving him once again unconscious with Angel's Wings. Only time will tell what's in store for The Fallen Angel.
