Ashley Nichole Simmons is an American professional wrestler working for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) as Madison Rayne. She is a former three–time TNA Women's Knockout Champion and a two-time TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champion. In addition, she was the first Knockout to hold both titles simultaneously, while also holding the longest reigns with both titles.
Simmons began her wrestling career on the independent circuit wrestling under the monikers Ashley Lane and Lexi Lane. She joined the all-female promotion Shimmer Women Athletes in 2007, where she was one half of the first-ever Shimmer Tag Team Champions with partner Nevaeh. Madison Rayne is new to Ground Zero, and is looking for a fresh start in the wrestling industry. She was having a lot of success over her her old promotion that she flt it was time to move. In reality, she was being pushed aside for older divas to be back in the spotlight after they were already burned out. She was over that though and finally had enough. However, she never showed her insecurity...she is the Queen B after all.
Unfortunately Madison was already having issues after the first day. She asked a backstage worker where her locker room was, the worker assume she meant the general diva's locker room. Aftebeing pointed in that direction, she instructed the worker to follow with her bag. Once she got to the room, she was astonished that only her name wasn't on the door. To add to it all, the worker was no where to be found with her bag.
She storms down the hall while letting out a banshee like scream. Madison is huffing and puffing as she walks with anger. Reaching Xion's office, she walks right in with out knocking, demanding to speak with him.
Madison:
Excuse me Mr. Xion, we seem to have an issue. Your crew made a mistake by not labeling my private dressing room. I understand I'm new and they're not aware of the accomidations they need to handle to prepare for my arrival. Actually who doesn't know that I need everything taken care of before hand. Just go ahead and fire them. It's a tough economy, so many people will be able to fill their spot.
