The video opened to the show a hallway inside of the GZWA arena, the hallway that had the entrance of the gym. Walking out of the gym with a towel held onto her shoulder, Lise Starr was dressed in some clothing appropriate for the gym: pink tracksuit pants, a black tank-top and a black type of wrist band that held her iPhone which she was listening to with ear phones. Lise untied her dark hair from a messy ponytail and ran a hand through her sweaty hair.
“I'm better off this way, yeah. Not hearing me complain and I don't need to taste your lips. I've satisfied my app-”
Her mind was focused on the song she was listening and singing along to. Halestorm’s “Dirty Mind”, a bonus track off of their self-titled album. However, she was interrupted when a GZWA interviewer approached her with a microphone. Lise had quickly shut her mouth and removed the earphones she was wearing.
“Hello Lise. Sorry to interrupt but we’d like to hear from you about a couple of things.”
“Go ahead.”
She said while nodding in agreement.
“Alright. First of all, at Slammiversary your team named Team Heartbreaker were victorious against Team Vicious. Despite what you said on Reaction, do you think you’re correct about this little rivalry with Angelus being over?”
“Of course I think I am correct and that thing with Angelus was hardly a feud I’d say. It was just a little emo girl being such a sore loser and me kicking her ass. It’s over, watch her go ahead and fade into irrelevancy once again as I continue to rise in this company. I’m undefeated and looking to become the next Women’s Champion.”
“Speaking of the Women’s Champion, you will be teaming up with her on the next addition of Primetime. The brand new Women’s Champion Mei Long and yourself to take on the Divas of Doom: Beth Phoenix and Natalya. Will there be any tension between you and the woman who is holding the championship you want?”
“I doubt it but you never know what will happen. Sure Mei does hold the Women’s Championship and I’ve said before that I have defeated her… but that doesn’t mean I have anything else planned for Primetime, honestly the only thing that’s on my mind for this match is winning it. If I win this match it means that I have five wins in a row. Doesn’t five wins in a row usually mean a shot at a championship? Also, a win over the likes of Beth Phoenix or Natalya is a major thing too.”
“Beth Phoenix lost the GZWA Women’s Championship at Slammiversary and it’s no surprise that she’s angry about her loss, so a lot of her anger will be unleashed in this match. What do you think?”
“What do I think? An angry Glamazon isn’t a nice sight. I don’t imagine it to be such a nice sight when you’re in the ring with her. She’s going to be looking forward to applying damage on some ladies but her attention will be mostly on the woman who took her title, Mei Long so I think there’s a bit of an advantage there for me. Beth may be big and strong but remember: a small thing like me can fly. I can’t forget about Natalya though. In my opinion she’s one of the best wrestlers in the world and she’s a Hart, so I’m going to have to be very careful of her. Then at ringside there’s Medusa who’s a legend in women’s wrestling. To say that she’s not going to get involved would false. Lucky I have April there to help out a bit.”
“April Lee? She took part in the Queen of the Mountain match, along with that we all saw what happened between herself and Cody Rhodes… do you think the things that have recently happened to her will affect this match?”
“Umm, no… I don’t think so. Listen, she’s been through a bit recently but I don’t think she is going to do anything out there besides deal with Medusa. That’s all I can say. Look, I have things to do and I need a shower so I guess we’ll end the interview.”
“Yes. Thank you for answering these questions and good luck on Primetime.”
“Thanks.”
Lise Starr walked away to return to the locker room where she plans on showering and getting dressed.
