The lights of the arena got dim as "Critical Acclaim" by Avenged Sevenfold blasted through the PA system. The fans in attendance already knew who to expect, since it was the theme music of Ela Cantat, who made her official debut as a part of the main roster just last week. But as the music continued, there was no one on the entrance ramp. The crowd kept cheered, but then it started silencing down as finally the titantron lit up, showing Ela backstage and an interviewer right next to her. He smiled lightly and turned to the camrts.
Hello GZWA fans. Tonight, I have the honor of speaking to a successful stuntwoman, who did stunts in such movies as "Wanted", "Salt", "Live Free or Die Hard" and many others. Also, she has already made a name for herself in the indy wrestling scene. And now, she is here with us in GZWA, please welcome, Ela Cantat.
The crowd cheered her as the camera turned to show Ela. Smiling lightly she waved at the camera and then turned her attention towards the interviewer.
Well, thank you for the interview. It's always nice to have an opportunity to express your mind
It is a pleasure. Firstly, I know you talked about your debut match during GZWA's ReAction, but we all know you were caught in the heat of the moment. Maybe there is something you would like to say about the match now?
There isn't anything much to say. Yes, I admit I was too emotional after the loss, but I am human and the turnout of the match really hit my nerves and made me terribly upset. But I got robbed of my win and I had all the rights to be pissed. Now, after some time passed, I understand the whole situation a tad better. Taeler proved that the only way she could beat me and win was by cheating and faking and good for her. It worked once. Maybe it will work a few more times, but that is as much as she will get. As I have mentioned before it takes much more than laying on your back to get ahead in this business. And if she thinks that I am done with her, than she has another thing coming. I may not strike now, or next week, but eventually she will suffer and that is a guarantee.
Now, moving to this week's Primetime. You were placed in a match against "The Sexiest of the Sexy" herself Maryse. Any thoughts? What are your feelings towards our blond bombshell?
The male part of the crowd went wild as Ela just grinned at the camera.
Wow, what an introduction. I can say that despite having the typical barbie bimbo look, Maryse is quite the dedicated athlete and does remind me of a modern version of Sable and Sunny. I can even go as far as saying that this girl is truly skillful and even talented. But seeing her here in GZWA makes me really sad. She threw all of her talents and career possibilities out the window and got in a stupid love triangle with Sapphire and Genesis, which seems like a career-ender to me. Her talent is going to absolute waste, because her head is so far up Genesis ass, when he opens his mouth you can see Maryse's roots. I understand her love for him, but this looks pathetic to say the least.
Ela looked straight at the camera as she wanted to address Maryse.
Maryse, I may not be fond of your style or attitude. But I can't deny the fact that you are a hard-working, dedicated, passionate wrestler. And now look at you. From a Divas Champion you went to the lowest mark on the scale of being Genesis sex doll. You look nothing like the girl back in WWE. Just a ditzy bimbo of a sugar daddy. Maryse, no one is worth of such a sacrifice, no man or woman. This week on Primetime I will bring my A-game and I expect nothing less from you. Give me a run for my money, show me why you were one of the best that came from the Divas Search. Prove that your looks can be deceiving. The fans want to see the vicious and cunning Maryse and not whatever disgrace you are now. I hope to bring the old Maryse back, the one the fans loved to hate. And if that will call for me to kick your ass, I won't hesitate for a second.
The camera turned back to the interviewer as he finally had a chance to speak.
That was some strong words for Maryse and we hope to see a PPV worthy match this week. And, of course, we wish you good luck in that ring, Ela. This was a special backstage interview with "The Career Ending Experience" Ela Cantat.
The camera zoomed out a bit as Ela waved at the fans. The scene slowly faded to black as the titantron was turned off.
