The camera opened up to the hallways of the GZWA arena where Lise Starr was sitting on a backstage production box texting on her phone while lightly giggling to herself. Instead of the usual smug and overconfident attitude she had, Lise was genuinely happy and had a sweet smile. Something we haven’t seen in a long time and it probably has to do with how close she’s gotten with her saviour CM Punk. Suddenly, AJ Lee walked into scene which made Lise place her mobile into her pocket.
“What’s up, AJ?” She said with her smile still intact. AJ had her hands on top of her head, almost pulling at her hair as her nostrils flared in anger.
"I can't believe this, of all the rumours to be started, and now this. The things people have been saying, Lise. It's pretty damn bad. You don't think it's true do you?" Pacing around angrily next to Lise, AJ lets out an anguished roar.
After placing a hand on her heart due to almost jumping from AJ's scream, Lise spoke. "Wait, what!? I mean, what? I don't know... words can spread so quickly around here because nobody can mind their own damn business." Her smile changed into a worried look. "Although, you shouldn't believe everything you hear." She finished with a small, uneasy chuckle.
AJ kicks the wall next to Lise before staring at her with rage in her eyes. "I! Am not! A lesbian! Just because I have a really good friendship with a great person does not mean I suddenly have a crush on you! God, I'm gonna kill that stupid bitch for spreading that rumour." Taking a deep breath, AJ sighs as she sits next to Lise, putting her hands on her face as she cools down.
"Ohhhh. That." Letting out a laugh, Lise returned to her smile. "Of course, I defeated one of those bimbos and the rest have to resort to lesbian insults. First they act like high school girls and now they act like college frat boys: thinking that two close female friends are instantly lesbians because they hang out a lot. Don't let it get to you, on Primetime the Heartbusters are gonna kick more Queen Bee Mafia butt - in singles matches."
"I'm not just gonna beat her, I'm gonna end her..." Giggling in a creepy manner, AJ's eyes become smaller as a look of sinister glee appears on her face. "Nobody makes fun of me and my best friend and gets away with it. I'm going to make sure she'll never say anything like that again. Oh yeah..." Putting her hand against her mouth, AJ sticks her tongue out and licks it, continuing to let out small giggles.
"Right..." Lise Starr said to AJ with a confused expression. "Anyway, I wanted to apologize about after Riot Control. I know you wanted to hang at the gym but I was really tired. I was gonna text you but I fell asleep. At my apartment. Yeah." Scratching her head, Lise looked at AJ Lee. "Maybe we can train tomorrow? I would have done it soon but I got plans... management wants me to do some promotional work I think."
Within a second, AJ's hand drops and her facial expression transforms into her usual happy, go lucky self. She smiles and taps Lise on the shoulder. "It's cool, Lisey. I know that you have to redeem your rep a little after getting eliminated in the match. I'll kil...kick Katie's ass for ruining your shot at the title. And you're gonna kick Morgan's for calling me a fake friend." AJ leans forward and hugs Lise, holding her close. "I'd never do anything against you." Hiding a look of guilt on her face, AJ starts to shake while hugging Lise and barely resists the urge to cry.
While she being hugged by her best friend, Lise had been hiding her own look of guilt as well. "And I would never do anything like that too..." Lise said while patting AJ on the back. "Now, don't get yourself so upset because of something that Morgan Davis said. So much garbage comes out of her dirty mouth, hell there's more than garbage that comes from her mouth. Eww."
As AJ breaks the hug, she rubs a tear from her eye and smirks. "Yeah...Good luck tonight, Lise. Break her jaw with your foot...for me." After giving a fist bump to Lise, AJ puts her hands in her pockets and leaves, her eyes twitching while tears drip onto her now large prominent grin.
