Now I had taken a few months off from watching WWE, I was going to hold out for a little longer, but a co-worker told me about RVD's return last week, so last night I decided to tune in and see what going on.
Now in no particular order.
The last thing on Raw before I took my break was CM Punk leaving during a promo after he failed to be Taker. Now it looks like he's a face again and feuding with Brock Lesner, which is interesting cause Punk is probably Lesnar's smallest opponent since his return. But I really do like this idea of a match up instead of what people on other boards theorized of Haymen making a stable with Punk and Lesnar teaming up
Now we've shaken up the GMs for the shows with Brad Madoxx running Raw and Vicki running Smackdown? I like Madoxx, but hate Vicki. Now come on, get her off of TV already. Now we have two heels running both shows? Has this ever happened before? I swore it was always a face running one show while a heel counters balances that. Well some may argue that Smackdown isn't important anymore, and I'll agree but at least they could put more effort into pretending it matters.
Sandow vs Rhodes. So WWE finally decided to break up Rhodes Scholars for good right? So looks like Cody is the obvious face in this feud, but how much fan support does he really have if you take out the fans trolling him about his facial hair? BTW who were the other people in that MiTB match? Who is going to buy Sandow as World Champion? But then again the World Heavyweight title means diddly squat anymore either.
Speaking of World Heavyweight Champion, ADR is champ again? Has he reverted back to being a heel again? I never really liked him face or heel, just don't like the guy that much, period. Just wish Ziggler had the title longer.
Speaking of Ziggler, looks like he has become face and has split with Big E and AJ. How did this come about exactly, for it sounds like Ziggler dumped AJ, is that it?
When did Cesaro start paling around with Swagger and Coulter. It would make more sense if it was during the time when Cesaro had the US title and was going around stating how he was a better American than actual Americans but I just don't think that gimmick works without the belt.
Ok Sandow has the blue MitB who has the red?
Glad to see RVD back, but what kind of contract does he have? I thought he hated being on the road with WWE's road schedule.
