History & Biography:
Matthew Pearce was born in Santa Monica, California on December 8,1988. He was into a rich
family by an illicit affair his father Norman had with a family nanny. Feeling like he didn't belong due to an older
half brother who also is a wrestler, Matthew Pearce found himself always constantly trying to prove himself. He would
later become an accountant for his family's firm, but help out less fortunate people with the family earnings. He later admitted to laundering from the company to help others, but charges were not pressed. Matt now follows in the footsteps of his older half brother and is attempting to become a wrestler. To his surprise has made a name for himself independently and is now looking to take the next step only wrestling for a short time altogether.

A camera cuts to an unknown man wearing a luxury suit. He's sitting in a chair as he stares into the camera with a confident grin.
"Greetings, Ground Zero Wrestling Alliance, my name is Matthew Pearce. I am a young up and coming superstar and I want this pretty face you see here to be apart of GZWA for one reason and one reason only: To make a name for myself outside the Pearce family name. See I may have been born with a silver spoon in my mouth as my father, Norman is a wealthy man in the California area. He admires me, but in his eyes I will never be my brother. My dear brother, Martin he's been around the wrestling world throwing the family name around to buy people and fill his own corporate greed. I however am what's called a thief to some people, a hero to others. I take from the corporate tyrants who run this country and give to those less fortunate families who need the money more than WE do."
Matt pauses for a few seconds. It seems that he has to calm himself down after the small vent he just went on.
"My family has made money stealing and bleeding poor middle class families out of their life savings. These families want to send their kids to college and retire someday instead my family and corporations like ours bleed these poor families dry. No longer will I stand for this, I will make things right. In the ring those people who do whatever it takes to get the win, I am one of you. I am a thief, a liar, a cheater, a con man, but I'm honest about it!"
Matt now stands up from his seat and the camera now zooms in to get a closer look at the man's face.
"There's an old saying: "If you cant beat 'em, join 'em, but I will beat them by playing like them. You guys wanna break the rules? So can I, but I can do it better than you. GZWA take notes you're looking at your next face of the company and I'll do anything to make it here. At the end of the day I will prove that there can be honor amongst thieves....."
Matt Pearce now flashes a bright smile as the camera fades to black and ends his promo.
