So i was thinking about this since I joined this fed again and I thought of a great idea, now if you all remember wwe tribute to the troops, so i was thinking that maybe can do something like that. I think it is a great idea but I leave it up to Z about it. But if you all think it is a good let me know

I haven't watched WWE in quite some time, but I remember Tribute to the Troops, where they usually had someone dressed as Santa and had something around that. Didn't they also just have random match ups and no storyline progression?
I think it's a great idea for an in person show, but to be honest, I think it'll be a lot of work for Z (and anyone else who writes) that I would rather see put into an actual show where the matches add meaning to the storyline.

Pretty much. The show had random matches booked with no storyline progression, celebrities cutting 30 second promo's in between matches via satellite, a concert by [insert band name here], divas in Santa costumes and usually someone dressed as Santa to throw out Shopzone merchandise to the crowd. Yeah, pretty much sums it up .

If you're doing house shows, then I don't think it's a problem to have Tribute to the Troops.

It's fair that I weigh in here between the updates I'm working on for the forum...
Tribute to the Troops is a good idea, but let's face it, when was the last time we had a house show here? About 2+ years now? Besides, now that we have even more members I would love any resources we have to go towards helping me write shows on a regular basis. That would mean more prompt and numerous shows instead of the annoyance of 1-2 shows per month that we're currently running with.
On the other hand, if someone wants to volunteer and write AND organize the entire event, then be my guest. I would not stop those who are interested in participating. At the same time, I don't want it to distract from current feuds/storylines in progress.
