Gimmick Type: On-camera, she's brash, loud and quite outspoken. She is completely respectful, so long as the same is shown to her. If not, she's not afraid to stick up for herself or others when she feels the need to. She tends to get a bit hyper and random, but can buckle down and focus on the task at hand. She's a geek [comics/video games/anime/movies/etc.] and she sometimes let some references slip into her conversations.
Off-camera, she's quite a bit more shy and reserved, except around her very close friends. She is still learning the ins and outs of the business, so she keeps her ears open to advice and tries to apply it to her work. She tries her hardest to avoid any kind of drama, which is why she tends to keep to herself. But that's not to say that she won't be friendly and chat with people. Started in the wrestling industry at age 16, working as a stagehand for various indy companies that rolled through her hometown of Barrie, Ontario. At 18, she juggled college life at Seneca in Toronto while making her in-ring debut. She wrestled around the southern Ontario independent circuit for another two years, before making her way stateside in 2011. She's only been in a handful of federations in the states, most notably Bare Bones Wrestling [which later became Phoenix Wrestling] ROW, Florida State Wrestling and most recently Sin City Wrestling and has held gold in the former two promotions.

Same crap, different day.
She should have been used to it by now. The only real length of success she ever enjoyed was back when she first started wrestling stateside, when she got her break with Bare Bones Wrestling out of Columbus, Ohio. If it hadn't been for all the backstage politics and managerial pissing contests taking place, Ruby was certain she'd probably still be wrestling there to this day.
But, you can't change the past, so they say. And ever since Bare Bones had closed its doors nearly a year and a half ago or so, she had been bouncing back and forth across the United States, looking for her next wrestling home. A few places had held some promise, but folded much too quickly for the plucky young Canadian's liking. The girl who never gave up was actually starting to lose hope.
But, she did what she always did in these situations. She pep-talked herself in the mirror, laced up her Chucks a little tighter, and hit the pavement (metaphorically speaking). The jobs weren't going to come to her. She knew she didn't have that kind of notoriety behind her name. At least, not just yet. Give it time, the name Ruby Cooper would soon be gracing billboards from Tulsa to Tokyo.
That is, if she could just find a place that would stay open longer than six months.
Having done some extensive research of her own, Ruby had come across a place known as Ground Zero Wrestling Association. It definitely looked promising, as the roster boasted some of the hottest names in wrestling today. After some careful consideration, Ruby submitted her tapes and hoped for the best.
She only hoped that she wouldn't fangirl like a moron if she was signed.
