Note: The deadline for both promos and skits/segments are the same as the posted air-date for this broadcast. This card is FINAL, as any changes that could be made will be minor.
Tag Team Tournament Rules:
- You are more than welcome to come up with an official name for your tag team, along with tag team signatures and a tag team finisher, if you don't have any already.
- This is a DOUBLE elimination tournament and will NOT finish by the upcoming PPV, due to the fact that this tournament will have a WINNERS bracket and a LOSERS bracket. The winning teams in both brackets will face off in a final match to determine who will be crowned the first official GZWA Tag Team Champions.
- The double elimination format is to give you guys a bit of a breather on roleplays for this tournament. That way you have two opportunities to be eliminated if you and your partner don't have a chance to roleplay or have a less-favorable match-up. Besides, I think it's a much more realistic take in terms of e-fedding goes so it wouldn't be predictable on who would win this thing.
- It is encouraged that you and your partner collaborate on your match promos for this tournament as these count separate of your normal promos for the show if your character(s) happen to be booked twice in one show.
- If you are in a stable in the tournament, you may use the Freebirds rule to swap members in this tournament, but your team as a whole is still eliminated after losing TWO matches.
- To encourage team members to participate and not one member to carry a team, you ARE allowed to swap out a member of your team ONCE.
- Your team will NOT have a tournament bracket match on each and every following show, but I will try to accommodate teams with something on the match cards to keep them preoccupied while other tournament matches take place.
- FYI there is still room for about ONE more team to finalize the tournament bracket.
