The Unholy Angel is backstage making final adjustments to her ring gear and make up in preparation for her match later in the evening before sharing a few words with the GZWA Nation.
Since it was announced that I've been tag teaming with Hano Eiyu in the tournament, I've been hearing that we're a favorite to win. To be honest, I think there are a lot of good teams. Why did I choose Hano Eiyu? Why not? We were both looking for tag team partners, and he hates Genesis as much as I do.
She finishes tying up her boots, before glancing up once more.
Tonight, our first match is against Rocky Romero and Mei Long. Do I know anything about them? Not really. I know Mei Long was Women's Champion, and I've seen a few of her matches. She's definitely talented, but obviously we all are or we wouldn't be here. What sets the champions apart is that they have everything it takes. They're strong on the mic, they're strong in the ring, they're a true energy who draws the crowd in to want to cheer or boo them. I don't respect what Mei Long has done by turning on her boyfriend, but that part is none of my business. What is my business is to make sure that Hano and I defeat them and move on in the tournament.
Kayda smiles and wraps some of her crimson hair around a couple of fingers.
People have seen us and underestimated us, especially Genesis. It's a shame that he's not involved in this match, but I can't blame anyone for not wanting to tag team with him. But Hano and I? We may not speak English as our first languages, but we both know how to talk shit in the ring. What's more? We know how to back that up. It's not about what you say, it's about what you do when the words no longer work. Well, tonight? I don't have words for Mei Long and Rocky Romero, but I have something else for them. Might even let them choose between Die Siebente Sunde and Subway 7.[/i]
She laughs, before returning to a serious expression.
Hano and I will be bringing everything we have, so I hope they plan to do the same. Otherwise, they're going to regret joining the tournament.
Kayda holds up seven fingers in her signature taunt.
Sieben ist meine Zahl!
