Delta spawned herself over the bed in the hotel room she is staying in for the upcoming GZWA Primetime in Dallas, Texas. She was watching her match at GZWA Dead or Alive Pay-Per View on her ipad tablet. It was the closing moments of the match where Laura Jackson managed to grab the belts for the team of The Misfits. Delta rested her head on the middle of the bed and turned off the match when the winners were announced. Delta rolled over blankly staring at the celling. After a few moments, Endee walked into the room noticing her sister’s blank state. Feeling it was polite not to bother her sister, Endee went quietly grabbing her running shoes.
“I’m not sure if this even worth it anymore…” Delta lamented, still looking up at the ceiling.
“Hmm? What do you mean…” Endee stopped at her tracks looking at her sister with concern.
Delta rolled off her back and sat up, prepping herself on the edge of the bed.
“I just feel nothing is falling into place…. Like, I’m failing at everything.”
Endee frowned, sitting next to her sister to console her.
“Is it because we lost the TLC match? You can’t let that get you down. That match was killer, it didn’t matter who won at the end. We stole the show, all six of us did.”
Delta sighed. “It’s not losing that match… It’s just.”
Endee huffed. “Don’t tell me that Amiee is getting to your head. I know she has been throwing her opinion around like it’s fact, Amiee is just Amiee.”
“Yeah, true. “Delta chuckled. “I mean, she keeps sending me messages about when I’m getting married and when I’m going to win a championship…. She’s acting like a mother.”
“Well, she IS a mother, which is worrying.” Endee shuddered.
Delta shook her head remembering that Amiee has a 1-year-old son at home. Delta sighed once again, getting back on the topic of what's bothering her.
“I just have a lot on my mind. I’m just too stubborn with my wrestling career; it always has been since I debuted in 2003. I just want everything and when I can’t get it, I just want to give up. Look at you Endee, you have a lot going for you, you have the tools to succeed with or without me. But me on the other hand?”
“What are you talking about? You have everything to be successful, don’t be so down on yourself. Don’t compare yourself to other people, you are who you are and you are smart, beautiful and strong. You are the one who has helped me be the person I am today.”
“Fucking hell, Endee” Delta whined, “How do you do that?”
“Someone needs to keep everyone in-line in this family. I observe way too much.” Endee smiled giving her sister a side hug. “Also, you are the only few I can tolerate.”
“I guess I should be thankful for that?” Delta returned the smile.
“Of course. I need you to be focused because we are in the main event of Primetime. We need to go out there and prove ourselves against the Tag Team Champions and the World Champion.”
“Yeah..” The feeling of sadness slipped away from Delta, now becoming more determined than before. “Let’s do this!”
“Now that’s the spirit!”
Delta smiled mischievously grabbing the pillow nearby and playfully pinned Endee down to the bed. Endee swung her legs around, trying to escape from Delta’s grip. Delta covered Endee down, counting the pin for the “win”. After gaining the pinfall, Delta let go, acting like she won a hard fought match.
“You cheated!” Endee yelled and pouted.
“You’re just upset you can’t defeat me. You can’t beat me, even if you tried!”
Endee crossed her arms. “I so, could!”
Delta shrugged her shoulders and stuck out her tongue at her younger sister. Endee threw a pillow at her sister who dodged the attack.
“Come at me, sis.”
“I’m not going to bother, you always find a way to cheat… Cheater!” Endee stood up from the bed to get into the face of her sister.
The two shared a brief staredown, only for Delta to tilt her head with a smile upon her face, acting all innocent. Endee shook her head and rolled her eyes.
“Are we going for a run or what?”
“I’m not sure if this even worth it anymore…” Delta lamented, still looking up at the ceiling.
