The already recognizable set of GZWA's only live interview show "Hot Spot" was setup in the ring as "Heart Attack" by The Asteroids Galaxy Tour was blasting through the PA system. The head interviewew and host Christy Hemme was making her way down to the ring, waving to the fans, giving out handshakes and blowing kisses. Walking up the steps to the ring, she steps through the middle rope and looks at the crowd who shower her in cheers and chants "Hemme! Hemme!".
Hello, hello the lovely fans and audience of GZWA. Welcome to another edition of the one and only interview show "Hot Spot". And of course, I am your host and Rockin' interviewer, Christy Hemme. Thank you for tuning in. Tonight, my guests are a spectacular force not only in this company, but in the wrestling business in its entirety. He is a two time and also current Television champion, known for both his impressive in-ring ability and his charisma behind the microphone. She is a dominant warrior of the Vixen's division, not backing down from any challenge or challenger. Together, this brother and sister duo are true standouts in GZWA. Of course, I am talking about non-other than Mike Bradley and Danielle Bradley.
"Hang 'em High" by Dropkick Murphys hits the speakers and out come Mike and Danielle Bradley to a raucous reception from the crowd. They enter the ring and pose on the turnbuckles, then shake hands with Christy and get into their seats with microphones in hand.
"Thanks for having us, Christy, I just hope that the questions you're about to ask us aren't being fed to you by some other writer again, heh."
"Don't listen to him, Christy, I know you do a good job with your interviews."
Danielle gives Mike a playful jab in the shoulder, which causes a jokingly pained reaction from Mike as he facetiously rubs his shoulder.
Mike, what a supporting colleague you are. Could a girl ask for anything else?
Christy grinned at him teasingly as she took a quick glance at her question cards and quickly looked back to her guests.
First of all, I did wanted to ask you Mike about your role as referee at the last taping of Primetime and you superkicking both Chris Matthews and Jaser Cruz. Yet, you made it very clear during ReAction that this was in no way a challenge for the TV title and you want to finish what you started with Cruz, before facing Matthews. Now, answer me this, could it be that the GZWA management did take your actions as a challenge, since you were placed in a match against Chris, and not Jaser Cruz, on the upcoming show of Primetime?
"You know, Christy, I don't want people to get the impression that I'm inviting Matthews into my TV Title match with Captain Hashtag, because as far as I'm concerned, he's a little late to the party. If he wants a shot at the title so bad, tell him to wait his turn! He wants to talk about how my legacy is going to burn on Primetime? I don't need him to set me on fire when I'm already as hot as they come! I ended Amanda Cortez's career, I'm the longest-reigning TV Champ in history! Matthews is just batting practice before I smash Cruz out of the ballpark at the next Pay-Per-View!"
Mike leans back in his chair and points his microphone at the crowd, who begin chanting "Bradley! Bradley!"
Christy looks at Mike with a slightly raised brow as the chants died down.
I thought that Laura Jackson and Casey Cortez ended Amanda's career... And I thought that AJ Styles was the longest reigning champion with 140 days... Although, I've heard that winners do tend to rewrite the history. On the subject of history, this bad blood between you and Jaser Cruz reached a high point when he stole the title belt from you at Dead or Alive and attacked both you and Amanda Cortez, only to come out on Primetime with an entourage of sisters and friends, to give you back the title and challenge you for it. What are your thoughts about this little plan of his to become a #1 contender in the matter of one evening?
Mike chuckles slightly at Christy's question.
"Let me set the record straight, Christy: my first TV Title reign lasted over a year, and I did the damage for Laura and Casey in my match with Amanda before they cleaned up the mess. That being said, I don't care what Cruz's intentions are, or how he plans to get there. Because let's be honest - he's not getting there in the first place! There's no way in hell he's going to take the Television Title from me! I have found zero reason to fear or even respect him since he attacked me in the first place. He's a 14-year-old boy who posed with MY belt on social media and called the fucking thing 'bae.' Do you realize how nauseating it was to see that? I expected slightly more sophistication from someone who's part of a purportedly 'lengendary' wrestling family like the Cruzes. Now, I don't exactly eat beluga caviar or listen to Vivaldi on a 45, but I don't go out in public wearing tank tops and snap backs, swimming in Axe body spray, and hashtagging every word in my Tweets. I'm casual, but I also value a little bit of intelligence, something that JD clearly lacks!"
Strong words by Mike, as usual. But Danielle, what about you? On the last ReAction we saw your passionate reaction to the loss against the newcomer Alice Shadow. Not only hearing a lot about your physical abilities, but also witnessing your strength and agility while facing the toughest this business has to offer, no matter the gender, this loss was quite a shocker to the entire universe of GZWA. Especially knowing how much you have criticized the Vixens. Maybe last Primetime made you think that the Vixen division does have some budding talent?
Danielle shakes her head and sighs.
"You know... the reason I'm so passionate about what I've said about the Vixens is because I've made a living taking on bigger and stronger competition. Not just in the wrestling ring, but at my martial arts academy. I don't want to be seen as some sort of valet. I don't want to be stereotyped as women wrestlers generally are. Everybody who knows me knows that's not what I'm about. I can hang with the guys as well as anybody... or at least that's what I thought. When I lost to Alice Shadow it seriously made me reconsider whether I should be in this sport, because even at 35 I should have dispatched her easily. And I didn't. And I felt awful for failing."
She leans back in her chair and looks up to the heavens.
"I'm not saying there aren't other high-caliber women wrestlers out there. I just didn't think they were in this company because of all the drama between them and how I wanted to stay as far away as possible from them. I mean, seriously - Total Vixens? Like Mike said, I'm not some aristocratic snob, but I do know what I like and don't like, and one of the things I loathe about this culture is reality television."
She straightens up.
"All that being said, clearly I underestimated what these ladies are capable of in the ring, and for that, I apologize. But don't take that as me conceding my role in this company - Mike knows I don't want to be transformed into some bikini model valet - for one thing, I'm his sister, and he's married, so that would just be uncomfortable. I'm just going to come to terms with whoever the bookers want me to wrestle - men or women - and get back to kicking ass the way everybody here knows I can!"
The crowd cheers and breaks into a chant of "Dani! Dani!"
Danielle, what about a championship belt around your waist? Are you willing to go after the Television championship and challenge your brother for a clash of the titans in that ring? Or maybe you want to be the female to elevate the game in the Vixen division and show what a Women's champion should be like and what should she represent? Or will just stay out of the chase for gold and work for the love of the sport?

"You know, I don't see any point in wrestling if I'm not striving to become a champion. My ultimate desire is to become tag team champions with Mike, but honestly, I'll go for whatever gold I can get my hands on. Even the Vixens title. But I don't want people to call me a Vixen - as I've said many times, I'm a wrestler. I don't succumb to some awful sexualized marketing term for women wrestlers, like Vixens or Divas or Knockout. I realize now that I'm not above wrestling the women in this company, but I AM above objectification like that."
The crowd started cheering for the two guests in the ring as Christy turned her gaze to the crowd just for a second. Taking out an iPad, the Rockin' Interview starts looking at the questions sent in by audience.
I think it is time for us to dive into the questions sent to us by the fans of GZWA. If you want to send us questions, just used the hashtag "Hot Spot" both on our Facebook page and Twitter. First question is for both of you, by @reddragon1985, which tag team, past or present, would you like to face in a championship match? And what type of match would it be?
Mike and Danielle look at each other with smiles on their faces.
"I don't know how original this answer is, but I think our ultimate dream would be to compete in any of the TLC matches with Edge & Christian, the Hardys, and the Dudleys. Those were the greatest tag team matches of all time, in my opinion, although when you bring us into the fold, it becomes TLCK, but obviously that doesn't roll off the tongue very easily."
"Hell, I'll say it right now. If the bookers are listening, take notes - if we get a shot... no, WHEN we get a shot at the tag team titles, we want it to be in a TLC match. Because nothing would be more exhilarating for us, even if it kills us!"
This question is by @samantharybackobssessed and she asks: How does the last minutes before your match look? Do you have an rituals or special preparations before you leave for that ring?
"It's the same for both of us - we finish our stretches, we finish listening to our headphones, and the adrenaline builds from there. It's one of the best feelings in the world."
"You've seen us come out there when our music hits - we're pretty amped up. We love this sport, we know we're among the best wrestlers in the world, and we get to prove it in this ring every week."
"When we have tag team matches there's this one thing we do called 'The Bradley Bump' - it's our own little secret handshake. We slap hands three times, 'guy hug' while tapping our fists cross-armed on each other's back, and then there's the pose."
"We both pretend to do red carpet photos for each other. Maybe we should do it on the ramp or in the ring sometime?"
Danielle and Mike, thank you so much for all of your answers and for your time. We wish you both success in your future matches and those coveted tag team titles around your waist. Sadly, tonight's "Hot Spot" has come to an end. Thank you for all of the audience and all of the viewers tuning in tonight. I am your host, the Rockin Interviewer, Christy Hemme. Goodnight and have a pleasant tomorrow.
"Heart Attack" by The Asteroids Galaxy Tour blasted through the speakers as the camera showed Christy standing up to shake hands with both Mike and Danielle. The crowd cheered and applauded with the scene cutting to commercial.
