The scene opens up backstage GZWA Primetime following Ravens match vs Ashley Wonder. Amber is backstage getting checked on by the med staff when her mother is rolled up suddenly Next her.
Amber†Torres OMG! Mom! Are you ok? What happened to you?
Ambers mom stirs a little bit and faintly lets out "Raven". As the word leaves her lips, Ambers heart drops. Her whole world seemingly stops as her fear turns to rage in a hot millie sec.
Amber†Torres Raven? You say Raven did this to you? I don't believe you. She loves you and would never. I swear Mariah has you wrapped around her fingers just like she did when we were growing up. Raven is my best friend and would never do something like this on purpose. You're no better than Mariah and I bet yall planned for something like this. I am done with this family.
Amber trows her bag of ice down and walks away as her mother looks on worried as the scene fades out.
The next scene opens backstage in The Cliques private locker room. Amber and Mandisa are chatting about the Queen of Queens tournament.
Amber Im facing off against some random rookie named Alice. She's the girlfriend of that guy Jaser had a match with. A reg pair of would be misfits.
Mandisa cracks a smile
"So you seen to not be that worried."
Why should I be? This tournament is mine. I am the most deserving. I am the one with something to prove. To prove Im not just Raven's shadow. To prove if need be i can and will step up to the plate and take what is rightfully mine. And there not a damn thing any of these other hoes can do to stop me. Esp not miss Peachez and Cream herself Morgan Davis. What a joke. She can't even get attire that's flattering to her body shape yet wants to try and come for me. Bitch mouth longer than that remi yaki weave of hers. But thats none of my bidness. She can stay pressed, and when time comes she along with the rest of the Vixens can fall in line at my feet.
Amber lets out a laugh
Cause with you and Raven by my side, who is really going to stop us? Poor little cry baby Mariah who always runs back to her mom every time ZX would cheat and dump her ass? Ha! Miss Hoe Invisible Woman reborn Tia Brooks with her disappearing act? Thats funny. Or miss Southern Fried Two piece combo barest and thigh special Morgan Davis? Thats a even bigger joke.
