Xavier Cox | Professor X: Welcome to the premiere of GZWA Xplosion! My partners in crime from Primetime, Trey Carter and Francine Fournier will do commentary for tonight’s matches, but I’ll serve as your host to introduced tonight’s line-up of interviews with various members of the active GZWA roster, as well as providing a never seen before look inside at current GZWA storylines.
Tonight’s matches are from tonight’s live event on our Road to Riot Control, where several Superstars will be competing in the return of the Riot Match at our Riot Control PPV event in which men and women will compete for the opportunity at championship gold.
Two matches from that event will act as the opening and closure to tonight’s premiere broadcast. Without further adieu, I’m going to switch things over to my friends at ringside.
Trey Carter | The Carter: Don’t worry about a thang, Professor. Me and Franny got this handled.
Francine Fournier | Queen of Extreme: If the pay wasn’t so nice, you’d be playing by yourself… as usual.
The Carter: HEY! You got jokes I see.
Francine: No, Carter. I’m as serious as Jerry Lawler’s heart attack.
** Singles Match **
“Fearless” Nikki Bella (in-ring return) vs. “All Red Everything” Eva Marie
Zoey Valentine: The following divas match is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, already in the ring,Eva Marie!
As Eva warms up we show somewhere backstage where Nikki Bella was talking to Eva's new bestie Jonanna making her shake her head knowing what she's doing. But it isn't going to work.
Zoey Valentine: And making her in-ring return, Nikki Bella!
Back in the ring Eva warms up as Confident by Demi Lovato begins to die down, with Nikki entering the ring not keeping her eyes off of Eva. ”Let's go Nikki” as Eva turned to see her sister Brie in the crowd watching the match up tonight. Both women heard the sound of the bell as the match up gets underway here tonight. A match up both women were waiting starting things off with a side headlock to Eva who leans back towards the ropes. Pushing her towards the ropes as she comes around.Nikki goes for a shoulder block but Eva surprises her taking her down with an arm drag snapmare. Eva smirks staring at Nikki who gets to her feet, shaking the cobwebs off. ”That's how you wanna play?” Nikki said before they square off once more, Nikki grabs her into a side headlock, yet again. Nikki whips Eva towards the ropes, coming around Eva goes for a crossbody but Nikki catches her for the Alabama slam and covers.
ONE…
TWO…
NO!!!
Nikki hits the mat out of frustration with Brie looking on from the crowd. She grabs Eva by the hair going for a swinging neckbreaker but turns it into a backslide pin. Eva kicks out. She reversed it going for a bridging pin but Nikki lifts Eva up as she wiggles her way out spinning kicking Nikki in the stomach before ramming her in the stomach into the turnbuckle. Before chopping her across the chest. Eva beginning to feel momentum as she continues her pace and grabs Nikki by the arm, showing off a cartwheel, before connecting a clothesline but Nikki ducks, lifting Eva up back first for a Back body drop. As Eva slowly gets to her feet, Joanna makes her way down the ring looking on in concern for her friend. Nikki grabs Eva by the hair again with a smirk glancing at Joanna's direction.Nikki connects a Spinebuster, but Eva reversed it into a crossbody making both women going down, resting on the mat.
The Carter: Joanna’s out here tonight? Looks like I’m getting a case of jungle fever! Woo-hoo!
Francine: Why don’t you do us all a favor and find some jungle to extract ebola from? Then you could die the worst death imaginable and spare us all from your foolishness.
The Carter: It’s not a crime to love all of the beautiful women here!
Francine: Maybe not, but opening your mouth is illegal in 48 states and most countries.
”What are you doing “? Eva asked trying not to get distracted, but before Joanna gets a answer, she gets distracted by Nikki who rolls Eva up grabbing the tights and using the ropes to get a victory but Eva barely kicked out at 2. Waiting for Eva to get to her feet, a dazed Eva stands up before getting knocked back out with a forearm. Joanna climbs up on the apron but Nikki takes advantage setting her up for the Rack Attack and connects. Joanna jumps down and the ref counts the victory
ONE…
TWO…
THREE!!!
Zoey Valentine: Here is your winner....Nikki Bella!
Nikki celebrates her victory sharing a hug with her sister before heading towards the back doing a 'L' shape on her forehead. Joanna slides inside the ring to check on Eva who holds the side of her cheek, feeling the effects. As Joanna tries to explain, Eva rolls out of the ring not wanting to hear it with the camera switching to backstage.
The cameras catch up with Casey Cortez sitting in the lounge, with an energy drink in front of her and in a really good mood. As usual she is full of self confidence and even a bit arrogant. She just wants to order something to eat, as the door opens and Christy Hemme enters the room and approaches her.
“Hello Miss Cortez. I’m here to talk with you about the situation of the current tag team division and you feel about being at the top of this division for such a long time. It seems that at the moment nobody is able to dethrone you and Laura.”
Casey doesn’t like it very much to talk, but after all these compliments she has no choice. She smiles in her cold way and then she answers.
“Ok, I don’t know exactly what you wanna hear, but it’s right, we are the best tag team in this company and none of these losers and wannabe wrestlers comes even close to us. Call me arrogant, but it is the truth. Just look at the last shows and what happened there. We won each match and we didn’t only win, we destroyed our opponents and we let them look like complete losers.”
Still with that cold smile in her face Casey takes a sip of her drink.
“The Mega Busters and all these idiots, and now Amanda and Rose. None of these idiots was a real threat for us and none of them will be able to dethrone us in the near future.”
“Wow …that really sounds a bit arrogant, but what are your plans now?”
Casey isn’t offended and like usually she is completely relaxed.
“Our plans? That’s really a strange question. The main goal is to keep these titles in our possession as long as possible, but that shouldn’t be too hard. If I look at all these losers then I can only say that there is none of them who has a chance against us.
With other goals I’m not so sure. I think Laura still wants to get the women’s title and I’m thinking about the main title one day. It’s just too much fun to kick the asses of these guys. Haha …or are they really guys? When I see them fighting, then I begin to doubt whether they have balls or not. But anyway …That was just an idea. My main goal is to keep these titles and I will do everything to reach this goal.”
Now Christy interrupts her.
“And what is with your sister …”
“You mean Amanda? Haha, I think she and Rose will try it too to stay in the tag division and I’m pretty sure that they will try it too to get the titles, but you have seen what had happened …Rose cried like a lil girl and tapped out.”
Again Christy interrupts her.
“But this was only because Amanda didn’t help her in that match.”
And now Casey really begins to laugh.
”So do you really think that Amanda could have changed anything? I would say no. It doesn’t matter whether this idiot is in the ring or not. These two never had a chance and also Amanda couldn’t have changed this fact. Haha, prolly she would have only been worried about her fake tits and so she would have stayed away from this match too, even if Serai wouldn’t have threatened her.”
But now Casey becomes serious again.
“And now a last word to all these idiots in this company. I know that there are many people who think that we don’t deserve it to hold the titles, but who else should be champion? Just look at all the crappy performances of all these other socalled wrestlers. None of them is able to defeat us, so you will have to live with the fact that we are the champions whether you like it or not.
And now you have to excuse me, I have to do some phone calls.”
“Thank you for your time.”
Then Christy Hemme leaves the lounge and Casey pulls out her phone to call her partner Laura.
Amanda's van is seen in front of the arena. It stops and Amanda climbs out of the van, while Rose is looking for a parking lot. Slowly Amanda walks to the arena and stops at the interviewing area, where Renee Young is already waiting for her. Earlier this week she got asked whether she is willing to talk about the mysterious woman who had cost her the win at the last Primetime show.
“Hello Amanda, it’s nice that you found some time for us.”
With a smile in her pretty face Amanda looks at Renee and takes a seat.
“It’s fine …I wanted to talk about this situation.”
While Renee gets them a water, Amanda lights a cigarette. Then the interview begins.
“So who is this woman? And how is it possible that she could distract you so much? You even looked a bit scared.”
Amanda sighs.
“That’s true, I was scared. So lemme tell you the whole story. First, the name of this woman is Serai Leone Sanchez and I know her from a different place where we worked together. We never had a really good relationship, but it never has been this bad, but then I left that company and almost forgot her. But then I got in contact with her again.
I’m sure you want to know why and that’s a longer story.”
Amanda drags at her cigarette.
“As you all know, as I was really young I became the mother of a boy, Jacoby, but he lived with his father and I haven’t seen him for many years. Then Serai came and she gave me his contact information, so that we could get in contact again. Now you could say that I should be thankful, and I am, but in reality it was only the beginning as the real drama began. I don’t know why, but this woman began to offend and provoke me whenever she could. All this trouble ended up in a match and I lost this match, so I thought this thing was over, at least for me.”
“Why did it start again? Why now here in GZWA?”
Amanda smiles a bit.
“Well, lemme try to explain it. Jacoby moved to my house and lived there and he has a girlfriend. Her name is Kiara and she lived with us too. So in some way I adopted her and she is for me like a real daughter. Haha, sorry if it becomes a bit complicated, but my whole life is complicated.”
Now Amanda takes a sip of her water and takes a deep breath.
“I adopted her and she lives with us too, but as you might know, my kids are almost grown up, so they can do whatever they want and so they aren’t with us all the time. Jacoby is away pretty often and Kiara too, so I haven’t seen them for a while and it doesn’t worry me too much. But at the last show Serai came to the show and she gave me that letter where she told me that she holds Kiara hostage and if I don’t lose this match, then she will hurt her. So I had no choice.”
“That’s awful. But what does Rose say about all this and what will you do to get Kiara back?”
For a moment Amanda is quiet and she doesn’t know what to say. Her facial expression becomes worried.
“To be honest, I have no clue. I thought that she would bring back Kiara home, but she didn’t, so I don’t know what to do. Maybe if I get her in a match …But I don’t even know whether this is a good idea, but if I let her win, then this might help...”
“That’s a really rough situation …And I really wish you the best. Hopefully you’ll have your stepdaughter back soon and everything is alright again.”
A weak smile comes into Amanda’s face.
“Thank you, I really hope so too. I’ll try to stay civil for Kiara’s sake, but I can’t promise that it will stay like this. If I don’t get Kiara back soon, then I can’t guarantee that I won’t become violent creature again and then the whole thing really becomes nasty.”
“Hopefully things won’t go that far”
Now Amanda stands up and the two hug each other and then Amanda leaves the interviewing area.
Showing a little interviewing area set up backstage, with two huge monitors displaying the GZWA Xplosion logo in the back, some metal constructions to create a grunge look, the camera zooms out slightly as "The Rockin' Interviewer" Christy Hemme appears in frame. Smiling brightly and with a microphone already in hand she moves a few strands away from her face, looks up at the camera and finally speaks out.
This man is not like anyone you have ever seen before here and, of course, a tremendous edition to the GZWA roster. Even though debuting only recently, he immediately became the talk of the crowd. Please welcome my guest for tonight, a true old school style wrestler, "The Iceman" Stefan Raab.
The camera zooms out just enough to show "The Iceman" Stefan Raab standing right next to the fiery redhead, greeting her with a warm smile.
Stefan Raab: "Thank you very much. It's a pleasure to be here tonight."
Christy flashed that perfect smile as she moved to the side just slightly, so that the camera could focus on both her and Stefan. Turning to him a bit she spoke into the microphone before extending it to her guest.
Christy: I am definitely delighted to meet you. Stefan, you've been around GZWA for a bit, but only made your official debut on October 16th edition of Primetime. How did it feel to not only debut in front of a entirely new crowd, but also to score a win against such a decorated athlete as Kuro Hayabusa?
Stefan has a huge smile on his face, being so happy to be apart of GZWA company he now calls home and he speaks straight towards the camera.
Stefan Raab: "From what I've seen so far, it's a different enviornment to what I'm used to with lots of different kind of wrestlers putting out their best matches against their opponents and the crowd have been fantistic and I got to say, they are the loudest crowd I've ever experienced in every company I've been in. As for my win against Kuro Hayabusa, it was a great match between me and him and I honestly can see us having more matches nearer the future of GZWA because he has a lot of talent behind him and he will go far if he keeps putting effort in his matches. I actually respect Hayabusa a lot after that match and you are right in saying he's a decorated athlete because he really was and nearly defeated me too."
Just recently on GZWA.com it was announced that you will take part in a "Best out of Three" match series against Kuro. Any thoughts about not only this interesting set up challenges ahead of you, but also maybe why did the management decide to toss you two against each other once more?
Stefan nods on the approval of the fact that he could be facing against Kuro again and has a huge grin right across his mouth and he begins to speak again.
Stefan Raab: "I really like the idea of the challenge a lot because it's the sort of wrestling I expected when I joined GZWA and he's a very worthy competitor as I said and it is simply about who the future of this company is. Maybe they thought because we tore the house down on Primetime show and they seem like that they enjoyed it and being in a best of three match would certainly signify that two of the world's best wrestlers go at it again. I've never been apart of best out of three matches before, but I'm certainly gonna do everything I can to put out my best efforts against Kuro and see what happens from there."
Christy: Stefan, what do you think the future holds for you in GZWA? Is there any particular titles you are interested in? Maybe you have a specific opponent in mind? Or do you just live and breathe wrestling and all you need is to be in that ring?
Stefan Raab: "To tell you the truth, I never think about going for title shots this early and plus, I don't want to get title shots just because of my past achievements elsewhere which is another reason why it took me a while to join here because of that risk of being branded a top wrestler already when I just want to do my best in GZWA to earn them and settle in before going for them. Chris Matthews is someone I've always wanted to face purely because he's defeated me more than once in matches and I want that chance to face him again without the title on the line of course and I wouldn't mind facing Carnage because he's been champion for almost a year and I'd love to prove myself against him. I do live and breathe wrestling yes because I love being apart of this sport and most of all, I love helping wrestlers improve on their skills and be threats in this business in the future.
Smiling brightly at Stefan, Christy once again moved the microphone back towards herself and asked her final question for this interview.
Christy: Any closing thoughts, words for Kuro and your other future opponents?
Stefan Raab: "I wish Kuro and my opponents the best of luck when they face me and see what I'm all about. All I want my opponents to do is to try their best against me and see what happens from there.
We wish you all the best as well, Stefan. This has been Christy Hemme, with "The Iceman" Stefan Raab, right here from backstage of the premiere episode of GZWA's Xplosion.
The camera zoomed out showing both Stefan and Christy and also the Xplosion logos on the monitors behind them in full. Soon enough the scene cut into a commercial break, while both the interviewer and her guest exchanged pleasantries.
Xavier Cox | Professor X: Up next, we have a special guest with us. Our guest is none other than Tiphany Banks Carisi. Tiphany Banks Carisi started off as the EWE's official Gossip Queen that reports on the latest scoop and dishes the dirt concerning both the business and personal lives of professional wrestlers. She has since branched out to have a hand in being available to dish the dirt for other companies as well as do sit down interviews with people she deems the elite in her eyes. Tonight, Tiphany is here to interview our reigning and defending GZWA Vixen Champion, Mariah, for the debut of her new show “Tea Time”. You’re in for a treat, GZWA fans, as we have this full interview - live and uncut - exclusive here on Xplosion.
Tiphany Banks Carisi: What up, everybody! I wanna welcome everyone to the first edition to the Tea Lounge, my exclusive new show where i cut the best interviews from. Ya see, some people don’t deserve the original ol sit down in a stuffy ol locker room. Oh nah, this show is for the elite and i am proud to welcome my first guest, who happens to be a very good friend of mine. She is currently GZWA’s reigning Vixen Champion and one of the most humble champions i have ever met, if i shall say so myself….. which is crazy considering what she is currently dealing with but we’ll get into that. Ladies and Gentlemen, i want to welcome Showstoppin’ Senorita, Leader of the Queen Bee Mafia and the BADDEST chick out here to do it, Maaaaaaariah!
Mariah walks in waving and blowing kisses towards the camera before greeting Tiphany with a warm hug. After their embrace, Mariah took a seat across from Tiphany.
Mariah: Thank you for the warm welcome, Tiph. I have to say I’m kinda nervous that you wanted me of all people to be on the first edition of your new show. I hope this lives up to your fans’ expectations. I think we should get this party started, shall we?
Tiph: Well of course, of course. You know you my girl and all, i told ya in the beginning that i got ya and i thought you deserved the first guest spot. None of the chicks at my company deserved this slot, cause i never seen a woman work hard for something and fully cement her name into being one of the greatest like you have been doing. You’re breaking the myth that women in the professional wrestling world are only here for their looks solely and lack talent by showing everyone that you can look good and kick that ass as well! Not to mention, you take on all challenges and try to give people their fair shot, you know NO idea how much respect i have for ya, girlie.
MiMi: You flatter me, Tiph. For a long time, I have seen what ego-maniacal women, such as the previous holder of this title, Raven, have done to make this title and this sport as a whole merely a stepping stone to feed their own selfish egos. I want to remedy that situation not only for GZWA, but for women in all of professional wrestling. Someone has to be a role model for the women who want to take a chance in this crazy lifestyle in the future. I have trained several individuals throughout the past decade and hope to teach even more. I’m not going to allow this title transform me into a self-absorbed monster. I have been down that road before - I won’t make that mistake again. I want to do everything in my power to see that women are seen as valuable as men in this profession. My open challenges are my way of giving back to the women of this sport. On any given night, I push myself and my opponent to our limits and beyond to show the world what we’re capable of - no matter what their level of skill.
Tiph: And I applaud you for that cause lots of champions, in my opinion, dont really see the talent they truly master when they hold a title. When they the challenger, they seem all gung ho, I’m the best and will take on anyone, yada yada yada…. but soon as they become champ? They pick their battles. They’ll run from the lions to face off against cubs…. it’s RIDICULOUS. But you are showing that there ain’t no fear in yo blood or heart at all. But unfortunately…. you being Champ has its cons as well, as we see that even people in your own circle have been clamoring about for the shot at your title. What are your thoughts and feelings on that?
MiMi: That’s the thing. I used to be afraid - afraid being in this position, but after all of this time in the chase for the gold I had an epiphany. Why should I be afraid? Win, lose, or draw… I’m not going to be champion forever. Let’s be realistic here. On any given night, I could lose this title or get hurt and end up having to forfeit the title anyway. That doesn’t mean I don’t value this title and respect what it means to be a champion. It just makes me value the time that I have in this position even more.
Being in this position is like being on your last legs with the vultures always circling overhead, ready to swoop in and strike for the fatal strike. In my case, those vultures are Raven, Delta Madison, Morgan Davis, and Amber Torres. Raven was the previous title holder and still feels like she has a claim to this title with her rematch clause. Delta Madison won the Queen of Queens Tournament that same night that Raven lost the title while Morgan won the Queen of the Cage match that night as well, so both of them feel like they deserve a shot at the title. Then we have the wildcard in my little sister, Amber. She actually accepted the open challenge a few weeks ago, but narrowly came up short. Amber’s the most dangerous of them if I’m honest. In the past, she aligned herself with Raven to make a statement that she won’t be an afterthought among the rest of the women in the Vixen division and she won’t play second fiddle to Raven any longer as she even began to butt heads with her. Morgan is one of my best friends, along with Tia Brooks in our Queen Bee Mafia faction, but I know she won’t settle for being second place either. I just pray that this title brings an end to our friendship. I’ve seen this title corrupt Tia in the past and I don’t want to see that happen to another dear friend. Delta Madison is a queen in more ways than one and truly earned my respect when she fought 3 matches back to back to win that tournament. Even though I’ve had the honor of being in the same wrestling companies as her over the years, I have never had a proper singles match against her. If it comes down to us, I’ll be honored to face Delta 1-on-1 in that ring. Last but not least, we have Raven. Hmph, if it were up to me, I rather die in that ring before I allow this title go back into her hands. She did every disrespectful and foul act imaginable to keep this title and made the division about feeding her own ego. I saved the division from her tyranny, but if I were to fall to her in a rematch I would feel that everything that I’ve done as champion would have been for nothing.
It has been interesting that Commissioner Serena Dent has been “testing” them all to see who is the strongest potential contender, only to have them bickering among themselves as they can’t get on the same page to prove their worth. They might want to watch out or someone else might just swoop in and take that coveted #1 contender spot right out of their fingers.
Tiph: I definitely agree with that. Seems like they are easily distracted these days and aren’t keeping their rightful eye on the prize like they should be. It’s sad how easily some friendships can fall victim to the corruption of wanting that gold. No friendship should ever feel less valuable than a title belt. In the EWE, i have seen friendships end over wanting that touch of power and taste at the high coveted titles, it’s kinda sad, in my opinion. What happened to sticking together no matter what? Who wants to be the lonely at the top when you can easily share in your successes with your friends?
MiMi: I know. That night when I won the title, Tia and Morgan were right there with me to share that moment and we celebrated together with my girls, Angelica Ward and Ashley Hamilton, who I personally invited to the show that night. Afterwards, things changed. Tia has been pretty busy with her other projects so I don’t know when or where she’s going to pop up again. Then Morgan has been pretty much on her own. It’s very lonely at the top of the mountain, it seems. There’s times where I feel like I’m going to break mentally and become that scared woman I was before winning this title, but then I remind myself that I don’t even deserve this title if I can’t stand on my own two feet and prove that I belong here - with or without my friends’ support.
Tiph: I know that’s right! I’m sorry that it seemed they abandoned you when you need them the most! Of course you was the one scrappin and throwin down in the ring to cinch that beautiful title around that slim waist of yours but of course when you are someone with a pure heart such as yourself, you want that support from people you thought would be down with ya from the beginning. I can’t speak on them…. although i have to say, shame on them for leavin ya hangin but you know i’m here for ya, girl. I’d neva abandon you or turn my back on ya. I know i was M.I.A for a lil minute but i’m back and just know i GOTS ya back.
MiMi smiled, “I don’t want to paint the wrong picture about my fellow Queen Bees. Without them, I probably wouldn’t have even won this title as they were there to help me against Raven’s pets at ringside for I could finish the match. I understand that they have lives outside of wrestling. Tia still has some footholds in Extreme Women’s Wrestling and Morgan has been filming with her friends on The Life reality TV series, so I know they can’t be around all the time. I can’t fault them for that in the least. I just wish that they could be around more often like it was a few months ago.
Thank you, Tiph. It means a lot that you have my back too. You know if you need anything I’m just one call away.”
Tiph: That’s understandable with how busy life can get and I hope they do check in on you? Especially since how things have been going for you lately. You’re at the top of the food chain and you have wolves comin' for your spot at full throttle and although you can hold your own, I know it can be stressful and you be needing ya girls to vent to and unwind with.
MiMi: Well, we both know how that can be. The three of us chat when and where we can. You know how I am, we chat when we can among all of the craziness in our busy lives. Between the public appearances and signings I make to represent GZWA as champion, my duties as a trainer at my own wrestling school, and my occasional modeling for North Star Entertainment, I stay very busy so I’m not going to hold that against ANY of my friends.
Tiph: And that’s exactly what i like about you. You’re the type of woman who sees that your life is just as busy as everyone elses with attending to priorities while also respecting the fact that other people’s lives are busy as well to the point you don’t feel slighted or such if you feel you haven’t really heard from anyone if you know they aren’t being distant to be petty but because they are dealing with the things they have goin on in their life. I can honestly say that you’re one of the few true friends that i do have.
MiMi: It’s my pleasure, Tiph. Mama always told me to have great friends you have to be a great friend yourself. I could not hear from some of my friends for months or years on end, but the second we see or hear each other's’ voices we continue on like it was just yesterday. It’s all about the bonds you make with the people you meet in life. Time or distance should never be able to break the bonds of true friendship.
Tiph: I’ve always said the same thing. It isn’t about the distance or how long you go without speaking, it’s all about connection. Being on the same page as someone and being in sync with them. Never having to question where their loyalties lie or even wonder if they are that venomous snake lying in wait to bite you when you least expect it.
MiMi: My thoughts exactly. I’ve been in this game long enough to experience people stabbing me in the back multiple times and seeing friends come and go, only to have those people who truly care and support me stick by my side throughout all of decisions in life, the good, bad, and the ugly.
Tiph: I am the type who rarely vibe with females so if we vibe then it means we def meant to be friends. There’s only two women i talk to at EWE and that is because we both are in the Black Lotus Familia, so it’s more of a tolerance thing, ya know? I had beef wit one of em but tryna keep that squashed to keep the peace. But far as who my closest friends are? You are def number one without a doubt.
MiMi: I’m flattered. I’ve had the honor of meeting and becoming friends with so many amazing people as of late and you’re definitely at the top of that list. It’s been a riot getting to know you lately. That’s crazy though, Tiph. My boss and childhood friend, Xion Zeros, has been “adopted” into the Black Lotus Familia recently with his fiancee, Brooklyn. We’ve all had some rather rocky history, but we tend to keep things strictly business for both of our sakes to keep the peace. I just can’t believe that you’re tied to them too. Small world, isn’t it?
Tiph: Woooow, yes it is! Of course Phoenix is more heavily in the group than i am, i am slowly fitting in there, with Q being signed to Serai’s son’s record label, Empire. And her son, Malachi is engaged to Phoenix’s niece, Milani so yes, this world is like a grain of salt when it comes to size…. these people though, are very strong on family and loyalty. I can honestly say i fit in with them great.
MiMi: That is definitely an admirable quality, but I don’t know what beef that Serai Leone has with my half-sister Amanda Cortez to make her kidnap her step-daughter. I’m not going to get involved, but it just makes me want to watch my back around her a little. Don’t get me wrong. I respect her deceased sister Isabella to the highest and even more so to everything that her family does to honor her memory. I studied a lot of her matches when I was coming up in the business. It’s a damn shame that I wasn’t wrestling when she was in her prime. I’m not the one to confirm this information, but I hear that Xion’s trying to work out some kind of extensive business relationship with the familia as a whole with GZWA. Who knows, maybe we’ll start to get to see a lot more of each other at work, Tiph?
Tiph: I’d LOVE that! And i heard about that, I believe Phoenix and Milani are contemplating heading there when their contracts are up next year. Neva know, if i keep dealin with dry spells with not gettin scoop from the company? I may have to come over and see what’s good with yall. Then we’ll ALWAYS see each other….
MiMi: (Laughs) We’ll end up driving everyone crazy with our antics. Then again, having you at work would give me more time to get you started on training with me like you asked a while back. Either way, I think it’s a great opportunity for both sides.
Tiph: Do you have any final words for your fans or anyone else out there before we wrap this interview up?
MiMi: To my future challengers, I only have this bit of advice: Stay hungry, stay humble, and give me your best. To the division as a whole, stay strong ladies and keep your heads held up high. As long as I’m around I’m going to strive that we all can be recognized as the best women’s wrestlers in the world. Last but not least… for my future plans? I want to keep doing this as long as life lasts. I don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon. I think I have a lot of mileage left in my career, and even more people out there I want to get in the ring with before I hang up the boots for good.
Who knows, Tiph, we could be butting heads in that ring someday! You could end up showing me a new trick or two!
Tiph: I take that as a compliment coming from you… *giggles while brushing bangs away from her eyes* Especially since you’re one of the best.
MiMi: Thank you so much for having me on board for your new show, Tiphany. I’m sure my fans in GZWA would appreciate that you took the time out of your busy schedule for this exclusive. We’re definitely going to have to do this again sometime.
Tiph: Oh most def! I’ll always make time for ya and we DEFINITELY will do this again…. I want to thank everyone for tuning into Tiphany’s Tea Time and also for my good friend, Mariah for being my first guest! Make sure y'all check her out ownin that ring and doin a damn good job at it as GZWA’s Vixen Champion!!
With Xplosion well underway, the camera focuses on the backstage area. Blake Harper, even though not scheduled for a match, was still at the arena, taking part at a meet and greet earlier and now simply enjoying the show and taking a close look and her fellow competitors. Standing in front of a monitor, she looked at a quick recap of the previous match, with her hands crossed across her chest.
A voice from behind her says, “Sorry you can’t change the channel to your favorite soap opera as the head cheese around here thinks that there’s more than enough drama in the locker room to watch.”
Blake turned sideways towards the source that the voice was coming from, but didn’t face it fully. Looking up slightly upwards she had that over the top optimist look on her face.
Blake: Is that you, Jesus?
“Try again.”
The eye catching redhead then turned fully to see The Straight-Edge Savior standing right behind her. With a disappointed look on her face she even managed to pout at him.
Blake: You are not even close.
CM Punk: Don’t give me that look. I require that people are pleased to see me at all times.
Blake: Do I look human to you? But enough of me displaying my wit. How are you, Phil? Haven’t seen you in ages.
CM Punk: You don’t want me to answer that question.
Blake: Which one?
CM Punk: Whether or not you look human… Some of the guys around here say you look like the love child of Lita and me… I’m pretty sure I don’t have any kids your age - or any PERIOD.
Blake cracked a genuine grin as she started laughing at his comment. Well, who could deny it, it was pretty spot on. Looking at Punk, she once again crossed her arms across her chest.
Blake: Well, as long as people don’t get me mixed up with Eva Marie, I think I will be just fine.
CM Punk: To be fair, you could be confused with one of many redheads around here - Starting with bat-shit crazy pregnant Amiee Vaughan to even crazier Amanda Cortez.
Blake: Hey, not fair, I look nothing like… Shit… Need to get a makeover.
CM Punk busts out laughing, “Don’t change too much, OK?”
Blake: Don’t want me to lose the family resemblance? *Grins cheekily*
CM Punk adds, “Of course. We still have to attend the father-daughter dance together.”
Blake: Aww, can’t wait, after that you will have to buy me ice cream.
“Buy you ice cream? I have licensed ice cream bars that I can’t get rid of.”
Blake: Is this your way of bragging that you have endorsement deals and I don’t? Or do you just dislike ice cream bars?
CM Punk: How do I know if you have endorsement deals or not? How exactly is that done for women in MMA? I mean you can’t really print the Jimmy Johns logo on your bra and panties…
Blake: Some women do. *Laughs* Well, usually you do announce publicly that you have an endorsement deal, so if I would have any, they would be known by now.
Blake stopped for a second as she looked up at Punk.
Blake: Wait… You remember me?
Well, he did say that she was in MMA. Either he just saw one of her promos or actually remembered that this was not the first time they have met.
Punk nodded slowly, “You fight like a girl… but who says that’s a bad thing? I remember you from one of those fancy-pants UFC after parties. You were putting on an exhibition for the folks who stuck around.”
Blake: You weren’t saying that when I nearly twisted your arm off at training camp with the armbar. All I remember was you going: “Mercy! Mercy!”.
Punk: “Mercy? Oh I was talking about Delta’s hot cousin.”
Blake busted out laughing as she looked at Punk’s expression. Fixing a few strands of hair away from her face, she finally spoke out.
Blake: Nice save there.
The silence between them was getting slightly awkward as the tattooed redhead decided to ask.
Blake: Ready to go out there and face the Machine once more?
Punk merely shrugged, “I’m always ready. That’s like my thing, y’know? I like being one of the only guys who has the guts to stand up to them. Seems to be a lot of people trying to bite my style though. What are you going to do, just keep hanging out here watching bad television?”
Blake: Not scheduled for any matches and it is not really my style to interfere. But hey, you may never know, I might get inspired to exhibit out there how the armbar works.
Punk: And I’ll make sure that Mercy’s not around to distract anyone.
Looking at him Blake raised a brow as you could see that grin appearing on her face once more.
Blake: Not after you buy my ice cream first.
She laughed and turned on her heel, heading towards the catering area.
Punk watched her leave, shaking his head as he headed towards the gorilla position in the opposite direction.
Xavier Cox | Professor X: Before we head to the finale of this broadcast with our main event., let’s take a look back at the growing feud between the “Hardcore Monster” Carnage, “The Emo Warrior” Jimmy Jacobs, and “The Deadman” The Undertaker over the GZWA World Heavyweight Championship.
At our last PPV event, Carnage narrowly came out of Devils May Cry with the coveted title still in his grasp. The Emo Warrior proved that the Hardcore Monster was a mortal and vulnerable creature as he definitely left his mark on the Machine’s apex predator with an onslaught of Spears and several near-falls. Jimmy Jacobs is a man possessed with nothing to lose, who is hellbent on reclaiming the title that he feels like that he was wrongly screwed out of losing in the first place.
The entire GZWA Nation as a whole was thrown for a loop as The Undertaker returned to GZWA with aspirations for reclaiming the title that he never lost. This declaration of war put another bullseye on Carnage’s back as the Machine were beginning to worry about the health and well-being of their prized possession. One should never underestimate a wounded animal as they will bite back the hardest - and that’s exactly what Carnage has done on our last Primetime broadcast.
Despite the numbers being against him, Carnage turned a situation that could have been fatal for him in his current condition and turned it into a disadvantage for his potential opponents for Riot Control as he enlisted the assistance of the Enforcers to even the odds against the Deadman and Emo Warrior. If the Emo Warrior and Deadman aren’t careful, they could find both of their bodies trapped within a coffin in Riot Control’s Triple Threat Casket match.
As we trek closer towards Riot Control, I would love to see how The Undertaker and Jimmy Jacobs each rise to this new challenge. Carnage has always been nothing short of amazing and terrifying in that ring, but I’m anxious to see how he fairs against two challengers simultaneously gunning for his precious title.
** Singles Match **
Dequan Wallace (w/ G-Money Briggs, “The Statement” Victor Phillips, and Veda Scott) vs. “Modern Day Warrior” Gabriel Wingue (w/ “Best in the World” CM Punk and “Dark Savior” Suicide)
Xplosion returns from commercial break with the members of the Machine standing in the ring while the Straight-Edge Saviors stand at the bottom of the entrance ramp, awaiting the arrival of the Modern Day Warrior. The duo don’t have to wait long as Gabe comes racing down the entrance ramp and slides into the ring to greet Dequan Wallace with a Double Leg Takedown followed by a barrage of strikes to face. G-Money Briggs and Victor Phillips promptly exit the ring to avoid getting their fellow member of the Machine disqualified.
Dequan defends with his arms up covering his face before he breaks through Gabe’s offense with a Headbutt to the face. Dequan then Monkey Flips the Modern Day Warrior off of his body and sprung back to his feet. Dequan greeted Gabe with a T-Bone Suplex to send him right back to the canvas. Dequan mocks Gabe with a series of push-ups by his fallen body until Gabriel joins in the antics. The match transforms into a physical fitness contest as Dequan and Gabriel get into a contest of who can do the most push-ups. With Gabriel matching him in that routine, Dequan stands up and starts doing jumping jacks, only for Gabriel to mimic this routine as well before Dequan shoves him to the mat. Gabe kips back up to his feet and struck with a Jumping Enzuigiri to the Enforcer’s skull. With Dequan stunned, Gabe hit the ropes and returned with the Won’t See It Comin’ (Running Float Over DDT) to plant Dequan to the mat. The Modern Day Warrior didn’t stop there as he climbed to the top rope and motioned for a Diving Headbutt but The Statement stood on top of the ring apron to delay those flight plans. The distraction allowed Dequan to recover and vault up to the top rope and send the Modern Day Warrior flying coast to coast across the ring with an Avalanche Belly-to-Belly. The Modern Day Warrior staggered to his feet as Dequan Wallace lined up for The Bullet (The Pounce). Dequan closed in for the kill but stopped in his tracks in a show of disrespect and struck Gabe in the mid-section with a Knee Lift before driving him into the corner with a Shoulder Thrust. Dequan hoists Gabe onto his shoulders and rams him into the opposite corner and repeats this gesture into all four corner posts. Gabe slumps down into the bottom buckle and Dequan charges in to strike with a Running Knee Attack, but the Modern Day Warrior wisely rolls out onto the ring apron to escape. Gabe launches himself back in with Slingshot DDT - only for G-Money Briggs to clip his footing, causing the Modern Day Warrior to fall awkwardly into the ring.
CM Punk and Suicide cry foul at ringside and decide to take matters into their own hands while Gabe is elevated onto Dequan’s shoulders with a Fireman’s Carry Cutter. Dequan goes for the cover.

THR---NO!!!
Somehow, the Modern Day Warrior is still in this fight as The Statement and G-Money Briggs throw their hands up in disbelief. CM Punk charges around the corner towards G-Money Briggs, who sees the Best in the World closing in and spun around with a Spinning Back Fist. CM Punk ducks the Back Fist and tackles The Statement to the floor. The confused Enforcer spun around to witness Victor Phillips being tackled to the floor but didn’t see the Dark Savior diving between the ropes at the corner to deliver a Flying Dropkick to the spine. With G-Money down on the floor, Suicide climbed on ring apron but Dequan Wallace was ready to assist by knocking him off of the ring apron. Suicide turns this into his advantage as he performs a No Hands Tope as he fell backwards into the waking G-Money and Victor Phillips. Dequan Wallace sought out to assist his fellow members of the Machine by diving out of the ring but the Modern Day Warrior stopped him in his tracks with a Tilt-a-Whirl Backbreaker. With the lone Enforcer slow to get back up on his feet, Gabriel hits the ropes and capitalizes with a Sunset Flip Powerbomb, but Dequan gets his second wind. Dequan rose to his feet and threw Gabe into the corner with a vicious Alabama Slam. Dequan took control again and positioned the Modern Day Warrior on the top rope for another Avalanche Belly to Belly. Dequan and Gabe fall from the top rope but their trajectory changes as Gabe counters mid-air with a Flux Capicator (Top Rope Moonsault Side Slam) to pike Dequan into the canvas.
Both Superstars are out of it as Referee Earl Hebner makes the double KO count.

Both men stagger back to their feet on jelly legs, but eager to continue as they hastily charged for one another. Dequan closed the gap with The Bullet (The Pounce) while Gabriel Wingue charged in with a Busaiku Knee Kick (Daniel Bryan’s Knee Plus). Gabe’s knee hits it’s target and stops the Bullet prematurely, causing Dequan to spin around from the blow. Gabe quickly rolls the Enforcer up with a School Boy as the crowd are on their feet counting along.

THRE----WAIT!!!
Veda Scott stands on the ring apron on the opposite end of the ring to distract the referee to the dismay of the crowd. Before CM Punk and Suicide could race to intervene, Victor Phillips struck low with a Knee Clip to sweep the Best in the World’s legs from underneath him while G-Money threw Suicide against the commentary table with a Choke Toss from behind. Just as Suicide tries to get up on all-fours, G-Money kicks his skull against the desk with a Running Big Boot. Things didn’t look better for CM Punk as The Statement held him at his mercy with the Final Statement (Texas Cloverleaf).
Back in the ring, Gabe motioned to Super Kick Veda Scott off of the ring apron, but his own personal code of honor and chivalry didn’t allow him to strike a woman - even if it was Veda Scott. The Modern Day Warrior’s chivalry proves to be his downfall as Dequan Wallace has no problem finishing him off with The Bullet (The Pounce). Dequan quickly covers the Modern Day Warrior.

THREE!!!
Much like the last episode of Primetime, this broadcast ends with the Machine's own standing tall over their defeated adversaries as Veda Scott beams with pride from ear to ear.
Francine: This is looking like deja vu with the Machine in control of another situation over numerous Superstars trying to rebel against GZWA’s chain of authority.
The Carter: Sad but it’s true. How can they fight back when the Machine has so many foul tricks up their sleeves?
Francine: Who knows, but that’s a question we’re not going to get an answer to tonight. Thank you for tuning in, ladies and gentlemen, but’s that’s all of the time we have tonight for Xplosion. Be sure to join us next week for Primetime at our regularly scheduled time.
