Rage Against The Machine

*Filmed sometime after the events of the recent Xplosion*

Daniel and Delta are filmed backstage with distrungled looks upon their faces after what had happened at Xplosion, the duo couldn’t be anything but happy over it. They stared at each other in silence, where Delta broke eye contact and looked at the pavement to collect her thoughts.

“So we have targets on our backs from the likes of Victor Phillips and Beth Phoenix who has seemingly sold their souls to The Machine.” Daniel uttered, more of making note of the situation for him to make sense of it.

“I guess so. Beth has always been on my back making all these balbous claims about me. Then again, she’s always been on that high horse since she defeated me that one time. She did the next best thing by working with the enemy to get her way. To me, Beth  just seems like a child who throws tantrums when things don’t go her way. She wants to take the coward's route to take my title? I certainly won’t give up my Vixen’s title without a proper fight. I’ve fought way too hard to capture the Queen of Queens and the Vixen’s Championship. I will not allow a no good bitch who is trying to relive her glory days take it away from me."

“And Victor Phillips? Great that he’s following in my footsteps and making that grand return to wrestling.”

Delta grins with a chuckle at Daniel’s smartass remark. He always had that ability to turn things around and make things about himself.

“How is Amiee anyway? Good to know that she still has that talent of disappearing”

“She had to call Rosetta, our nanny. she’s constantly on the phone about the babies. It’s quite remarkable how she has that capacity to care for our own spawn.” Daniel rubbed his chin.

“I’m just glad she’s more concerned about her kids than those bumps she took” Delta laughed remembering that Amiee did get physically a tad within the course of the match.

“Can’t say the same for you.” Daniel raised an eyebrow, suggesting Delta’s own values when it came to communicating with her child.

“Oh, you shutup.” Delta smacked Daniel in retaliation over his remark.

“Just remember, Delts, we must be prepared for what’s next. This whole thing is only getting started.” Daniel now took a more serious demure, while nursing the hard smack Delta just gave him.

“Of course. The Machine screwed us over in our match, they aren’t getting away that easily.” Delta nodded in agreement.

Daniel gave the same sentiments, now with the duo walking away from the camera leaving an empty scene.

The scene opens up with GZWA Television Champion, Daniel Widdel standing infront of a Television screen with the face of Victor Phillips. It’s Victor’s recent promo reflecting on the events of Xplosion with The Machine holding all the gold. Daniel looks towards the camera with a astonished look on his face looking at the TV screen and then into the camera for a few moments. As the screen goes blank behind him, Daniel directs full attention to the camera.

“Ya know, I’ve watched this a few times and Mr. Phillips seems overly confident for someone attempting to steal my schtick. A charismatic individual elevating the Television Championship and making it relevant is my deal, dude. Before me, the Television Championship was contested by utter jokes. I went out of my way to make this belt something. So bro, don’t go around piggybacking off my hard earned work.”

Daniel shook his head in utter disbelief over Victor’s claims before continuing.

“I’m the real deal, I’m the FACE of GZWA. I don’t need a power hungry group to elevate me to get my way, I worked for this championship with my two bare hands. That’s a tip you Machine guys should take that under advisement.”

Daniel patted his GZWA Television Championship on the shoulder to solidify himself as the champion.

“I never said I wanted an easy fight, hence why I stated I didn’t want Ry Drake as my opponent. After Riot Control I asked anyone to come out and surprise me and you just did that, and I’m not worried… I’m glad. So Victor Iggy Philips, you are sadly mistaken. You may want to try a different angle before fapping your gums out there. You see, you Machine guys made a statement by attacking all the champions and stealing all the belts to show your intention, but kiddies, you need to step a lot harder than that. I’m not going to tolerate a bunch of babies stealing toys when they can’t have them. Seriously, I have my own kids to deal back at home.”

Daniel rolled his eyes at his analogy of The Machine being babies.

“Now at Primetime, I must team up with the Vixen’s Champion, Delta Madison, who I don’t mind personally. The Tag Team Champions Casey and Laura, who ughhh... “ Daniel pauses for a moment, struggling to find a nice word to describe them. “Are the Tag Team Champions that were attacked as well at the closing of Xplosion. And Ry Drake who is… “Daniel took another pause, finding it difficult to comprehend why he was teaming up with Ry Drake in the first place. “Who is a guy.”

“But in all seriousness. The Machine believe they have this Survivor Series elimination match in the bag since they seem like a ‘cohesive’ unit that…”

There is a pause when Daniel feels a buzz go off and a message tone go off. He rose up his index finger towards the camera and digged into his jean pocket to take out his Iphone 6s and read the message. His face drops as he reads out the text out loud.

“Hey Jaydan, it’s Delta. Just sending a text that I’m organizing a meeting with our tag team partners at Primetime. I’ll send you the details soon, xox D.”

Daniel looks up at the camera with a raised eyebrow. “Well I guess this will be interesting.”

Daniel’s diverted his full attention to his phone with him typing up a response before walking away from the camera abruptly ending his promo. After a few moments, Daniel quickly comes back into the scene to quickly ‘end’ his promo.

“The Machine, more like Rage Against The Machine. See you kids at Primetime.” Daniel looks smugly into the camera like he said the most smartest thing ever before walking away from the camera again.
