Plus besides being a pro wrestler since 1996 at 16 years old, he has also been a stand up comic since that age as well. Being 250 pounds and 5 ft 9, he's known for his great abilities in the ring despite his look and size, very similar to Samoa Joe and Kevin Owens.

Wrestling Style: He began wrestling professionally at 16 but did some backyard wrestling starting at 13, his style is very similar to Kevin Owens in how he's a guy who looks out of shape and is heavier but wrestles like a super junior. He's 5 ft 9 and 250 pounds. His story is very similar to TJ Perkins and Matt Sydal (Evan Bourne) who started young. When he was 18 he began touring around the world, while starting out in his hometown he did the usual American independent wrestling style which really just mimics other styles. He went to Mexico to learn the Lucha Libre style in the year 2000 and by 2005 he started traveling to Japan and training as a young boy in dojos, he did martial arts a kid but never really took it to seriously really just did it for fun until he began the training in puroresu, he very much wanted to learn the strong style and super junior style. in 2010 he began to wrestle all over the UK and Europe, he loves catch wrestling and caught on quickly with wrestling experience from Pee-Wee wrestling to high school.

Born on November 5th 1980 he lived with his grandmother starting at three
years old after his parents divorced. She was a pro wrestling fanatic
and soon Brian became one as well. Although he didn't fit in well
with the people involved in sports, he did martial arts and amateur
wrestling.
He lead a double life in a way as he would also spend time with his group of friends watching wrestling and backyard wrestling, reading comic books and playing Dungeons and Dragons. In 1993 a coach from the Fight Zone, combat center( imagine the WWE Performance center but for everything, pro wrestling, boxing, martial arts, mma etc)
attended one of his backyard wrestling shows, he convinced Howard to
come to the pro wrestling unit and Howard impressed the rest of the
trainers and trainees with his amazing athletic ability despite being
short and overweight. While training, Howard became very respected
for being a stand out talent but also extremely sweet and helpful,
he was the only one who was as excited to set up the ring as he
was during training in the ring.
During the weekends after classes on Friday when he waa 16 and began driving
he began to do stand up comedy and was in an improv troupe, by 18 he began
getting some paid gigs and would use that money to go on the road
and do stand up gigs and independent wrestling shows while bi-weekly meeting with his improv troupe class and monthly
doing shows with his improv troupe.
His grandmother is 76 years old, healthy, sharp and proud of " Howie".
He has been estranged from his parents for 34 years who are both now
56 years old, although he does send money after much hesitation.
They were 20 when they had him and they couldn't handle a kid
he understands and empathizes with them now but growing up
he resented them for " abandoning him when he was only 2)

Howard Duncan: Howard Doris Duncan, I know it doesn't really scream pro wrestler
but don't hate, Doris is my grandma's name and she's awesome. I grew up in New Jersey which was actually quite nice for the things I wanted to do, a good area for me as I started to do stand up comedy and also pro wrestling.
We see Howard eating a Cinnabon.
Howard: I really love it, I pride myself as the king of the nerds in a way. I think wrestling fans like myself get a bad rep but I also know I look like the stereotype as well: small, fat, neckbeard type but the point is I have been a fan since I was 3, I became pro at 16, 3 years under the usual legal age, cause I'm a prodigy and I can wrestle circles around my opponent. I have done this way to long to be overlooked and I will not let anyone tell me or anyone that they can't do what ever they pursue.
We see Howard being recognized by some 20 year old wrestling fans, we see them talking, laughing and having a great time.
