The scene begins with a view of the clouds in a warm day, before scrolling down and showing the front of a one story house in a lower class neighborhood, guarded by a small gated fence. A house that was still in good condition from what looks to be good maintenance, and a cut front yard.
A medium toned woman in an all grey athletic compression pants and sports bra, jogging along the sidewalk, breezes past the house. The camera then follows her instead.
Commentary, said by a woman as well, can be heard in the background as she continues to jog along the lower class neighborhood.
“I was told that my match would be against Blake Harper, someone that I’ve never faced before, but I have encountered backstage, leaning on a wall in the hallway with a hood veiling the top of her face. At first I thought it was Mei Long with all of that red and black hair, but I remember that Mei went blonde recently. It took Mariah to tell me that that was Blake Harper, some MMA chick. Mariah scouted her and commented about how much of a talent she was.”
“Now I don’t know her personally, so I had to scope her talent myself. I was going to wrestle her eventually. However, looking at her match against Matthew Miles last year said it all for me. Yes, I actually watched that match. I remember it began with Matthew trying to be a good sport by motioning for a handshake to her. That seems “honorable”, but I think she did something to the effect of walking away from him. I would do that, honestly, but only if they disrespected me first, but little Red Riding Hood had her “rose” perfume stenching up my entire house.”
“And to make matters worse, she showed even more of her unsportsmanship by disqualifying herself.
“At first I thought she was thinking her shit don’t stink, but, you know, my family and friends told to me to be rational. I had to ask myself if Blake had some sort of beef with Matthew Miles, but that wouldn’t make sense. Why would he motion for a handshake? So I came to that conclusion that this girl is exactly what I thought she initially was.”
“Blake just doesn’t have much. Even as a former MMA fighter. As self-absorbed as she is, I’m surprised she hasn’t mentioned her win and lose record, or any titles she may have won. That may be because she didn’t have enough in her MMA career to back up her small choice of words, her “cockiness”, and going out of pocket for no reason on a consistent basis. All the while expecting people to feel sorry for her because of the Authority dropped her.”
“But here is the gag. Apart from the fact that she still has a lot to learn in this business, she ain’t nothing new. She has the pompous attitude, and the MMA background. Similar to many GZWA women in the past and present. Those that can, and have, surpassed her.”
“Look at Casey. I can’t stand her pompous attitude either, but at least the bitch got accolades. She got records. She still has the title. That means she has enough to show for it.”
“But with all of this talk, that still won’t stop me from pursuing the Vixen’s title. I don’t give a damn who it is. It doesn’t matter if they are legends, or MMA fighters. Wigs are getting snatched this year. I was hungry for the title at my return, and that won’t stop me now. Even if that means that I’ll have to teach some young girls humility once more. So, when I come to Primetime, and wrestle against little Red Riding Hood, I would at least expect her to have a smile on her face and if she tries to stiff me, she better expect me to stiff her back. I’ve wrestled MMA fighters before, and have won against them, so this shouldn’t be any different.”
“And one more thing. "I'm the dragon breathing fire." she did say that right? Yeah, Mei Long is coming to NY to snatch her gimmick back. It seemed suitable for me to be the messenger.
How do you like those peaches?”
