ReAction -- Primetime 5-31-17

[Athena]

After a discussion with Xion Zeros, we came to a conclusion that from now GZWA's official after show will no longer have any given guidelines or questions as it used to have before. From now on, a ReAction board will be created after the show, with only an informational message about what the show is. This will not only eliminate a tedious task of trying to condense the entire lengthy show into a handful of questions, but also will give you an entirely free creative reign over how to "react" to Primetime or any of our PPV events/specials. Also, the board will be set up a lot quicker, so you will be able to add your segment as soon as possible. So, without any further due, let's open our renewed thread for GZWA's ReAction.


ReAction is open to all GZWA Superstars and Vixens to further develop their storylines and current or future feuds. The topic is not limited to only the match and segments of the current Primetime, but is also here for newcomers to "react" on the events and/or introduce your characters in-character if you're a debuting Superstar/Diva and didn't appear in the most recent show results.

Calls out the camera crew from GZWA, allot of questions to be answered.

I told them, but they don't wanna listen. So Serena, is that right? She returns and gives my partner a chance to get us tag title shots ageist these Princesses. I'm glad GZWA have their heads on straight. Now chick let's get one thing straight, alright? I don't need to be out there for my partner to get the singles win. What I do need is to make sure that David Hasselhoff wannabe is not gonna be out there. So instead of shooting videos for YouPorn, I say we have ourselves a little one on one match. What you say Sam? We add almost the same stipulation of no partners. I still hate you and would much rather see Ivory or Maryse in a bikini than you in your undies, playing Capetian Underpants! 

So you want Sam the same night your partner gets a chance...

You catch on quick don't you? Why do the stars think you all just sit at home goggling pictures of monkeys that look like your cousins all day. Than again I guess that is what you get when you google Vince Russo right?

Jayson chuckles and walks away.

Justin would breath a sign of relief, as tonight he was very lucky to not have his arm broke in two. Like a chicken wing was the perfect way to describe how it was. Justin was lucky Gabe came to his rescue. Maybe their was a respect their from last week. He was just happy to be done with Pentagon. As he sits in the locker room, towel around his neck he thinks of everything.

Tonight, I was very lucky. Very lucky to still have my career as it is. I mean it could have ended much worse than getting punched by accident. I hold nothing ageist Gabe, mistakes like this happen. I mean I have passed to the other team on the other side before, it happens. I knew coming in how it could have ended. I'm just looking forward to my next match and happy to have this one. Sure it is not a pin or submission victory, but what can you do about it? Now I just have to wait to see who I get next week.

He tells the camera, getting up and walking off camera to get his bag and some clothes to change into.

Noam! she squealed happily hugging him tightly.

I couldn't wait any longer to see you.You ready to go? Taking her bags as they walk hand and hand just before the reaction crew came up to her

Ah,let me explain...I know your wondering why i'm talking now after losing the past few weeks? Nodding their heads lightly See im a man of many personalities. Depending on what mood i'm in its what you see.Now i admit i wasn't exactly thrilled about how i approached it. But now its water under the bridge.There is a new light over the horizon

Does this new cherry attitude come from what the commissioner had to say earlier tonight?

Mike pondered that question a moment.Trying not to gloat but yeah...you all know him by now,it doesn't work well.

What can i say boys,FINALLY,management is listening to us.And i didn't have to harass anybody on twitter to get what i want.

Next week you demanded a All night long street-fight match with Konrad,why?

He scoffs rolling his eyes out of annoyance

W-why?Because he chickened out of our last encounter that we never had.I'm putting the tag team champions on noticed!Konrad and Sam claim to be the hottest tag team around today. I can name ten tag team on the top of my head,as we speak.Those two are no where near on that top.Its time the princes learn what its like to ride coach.Im gonna let what our commissioner said about me slide,because i have been waiting impatiently i might add to have this one on one match. I don't even give a damn if i lose. I just want to hurt him,he cost me something i wanted,if i can show him how much he hurted me back...that's all i ask.

You know your partner wanted a solo match against Sam on the same night you have your streetfight.Any thought about that?

Mike laughs raising his eyebrow as he was proud of him for stepping up.

You know im not even disappointed that Jayson didn't even come out tonight,the old Mike would maybe take advantage of him.But i gotta say Jay,you have been earning your keep every week.I'm impressed by you.Stepping up when you should.We might have had a rocky beginning but we are farther than i thought we become. I know next week you will not disappoint when you battle Sam.Some might claim your becoming a mini me,but whether you are or not i will be front and center watching you beat the living daylights out of Sam. Whether i win or lose I'm honored to see how much you grew in the short amount of time

He goes to turn away but the camera had one more question

Mike,one last thing...what are your thoughts about the open challenge for Ry Drake? We all know Konrad costed you a championship opportunity.Does this mean you'll be challenging Ry Drake again in the near future if somehow Fear Hollywood ends up breaking up?

Mike thinks to himself not saying anything.

All im saying boys is watch next week to find out if Fear Hollywood has what it takes to stay together or will it be our final curtain call

Immediately following the ending of tonight's Ladder Match main event for the GZWA Tag Team Championships, the ReAction cameras find the Mega Busters in the arena's parking garage.

Matthew Miles: "Okay, Ashleigh, you had your fun. You got payback on Veda. Now we want you out of this from here on out."

Ashleigh looks appalled, "Excuse my French, but what the hell, Matt? I'm your girlfriend, I'm not going to sit on the sidelines and watch you get hurt again!"

Psycho Sagus steps in, "Ash, you know Matt loves you more than anything... more than our 100% completion save data for Zelda: Breath of the Wild... but we know what those goons in the Enforcers are capable of. What they did to us the last time was child's play. They are going to be looking for blood and ready to hurt us in any way they know how, including going after you!"

Ashleigh steps forward and pokes them both in the chest as she speaks, "I'm a BIG girl..."

Sagus mumbles, "Could've fooled me..."

Matt snickers as she pinches him while he winces in pain before she continued.

"I'm a BIG girl... and I know how to take care of myself. I proved tonight that I can handle Veda. I've been there with you guys at your side for years now. We've been around the world and then some for our training. I've been trained by the Showstoppin' Senorita herself - Mariah. Sure, I might not be able to hold a candle to her in the ring, but I think I do good enough for by my own standards."

Matt utters out a "But..."

"No butts, no cuts, no coconuts!"

Psycho Sagus speaks up, "Just because Alice is gone doesn't mean you have go out there like there's nothing to lose, y'know."

Ashleigh looked at him with a look so cold that he could feel it cutting into his very soul.

"And just because Ashley's gone doesn't mean that you shouldn't have a set of balls either, Kevin..."

Matthew Miles steps between them and tries to maintain the peace, "Whoa, babe. That was a low blow there - from BOTH of you. You two know that's a touchy subject for both of you. Babe, we can handle Veda - she's not going to be an issue. I don't want you in the crossfire when it gets ugly against the Enforcers. They've been bullying us for years now and it's long overdue that we issue our own form of payback. Can you do this one thing for me, babe? PLEASE?"

Ashleigh clenches her fists tightly as Sagus chimes in, "Think about your kid brother. Not having Alice around wrecked him for months... Imagine if something were to happen to you. That would devastate that poor kid. You know that he thinks the world of you. We're just looking out for your best interests. Besides, I'm pretty sure Matt's just looking out for your moneymaker..."

Matt smacks him over the back of his head, "Will you shut it!"

She remembers the good times with her best friend Alice Shadow and how much her four year younger brother loved hanging out with them when she came to visit. Then Alice and Ashley Wonder just disappeared... from the company they worked for, from their friends, everything - not a good-bye or anything. The poor child thought that he drove Alice away when he finally had the confidence (from hanging with Alice, Ashley, and Ashleigh) to make friends his own age at the playground nearby where Ashleigh's parents lived. As a result, that only made him more detached and secluded from the rest of the children for a long time until those very same children came to cheer him up. They never stopped coming over to visit until he finally came out of his room to play with them - putting Alice's disappearance behind him. No, she couldn't do that to her little brother. She loved him far too much to make him experience that heart break again. She's his big sister after all and she has to protect him from the evils of this world.

Ashleigh sighs heavily and utters, "Fine... I'll do it. I won't be anywhere near your matches involving the meatheads. Happy now?"

Matt walks over and kisses her on the lips, "You won't regret this. I promise I'll make it up to you."

The moment is ended prematurely as the double doors of the parking garage leading back into the south end of the arena are kicked off the hings by the Enforcers.

"WHERE ARE THEY? THEY ARE BEYOND DEAD ONCE WE GET MY HANDS ON THEM!!!"

Sagus utters the words, "OH SHIT!" before Matthew grabs Ashleigh by the wrist and urges her to race behind him and Sagus towards their rental car.

Sagus dives through the window, Dukes of Hazard-style while Matthew Miles has to be a gentleman and let Ashleigh into the backseat before opening the passenger door. Dequan Wallace reaches for Matt as he's snapping on his seat belt, but Ashleigh hits him by kicking open the rear passenger door. That manages to stun him long enough for Sagus to get the car started. G-Money Briggs punches through the drivers' side window and rips the door off its hinges.

"Oh Lord and the Seven Deities, please help us!!"

"Kevin, just start the damn car and get us the fuck outta here!!"

Scared shitless and out of his mind, Sagus floors the gas and the trio of Mega Busters in the vehicle sped out of the parking garage. That doesn't stop G-Money Briggs from throwing the removed door at the back of the speeding car, shattering the back windshield in the process.

Ashleigh shrieks in terror as she covers her head to protect herself from the shower of broken glass.

Matt looks back to check on Ashleigh, "Are you alright, babe?"

She nodded slowly, "Just a few scrapes but I'll manage."

Matt smiled back at her before looking back at Sagus as he veered onto the interstate out of town, "Kevin, I hate to be the one to say it, but you know we're DEFINITELY not getting our security deposit back on this car."

Sagus held his heart with one hand while holding the steering wheel steady with the other, "Oh, I'm dying to see how that conversation is going to play out. 'Sorry the car's damaged, but we happened to piss off the Incredible Hulk and Jason Vorhees during a game of fiddly-winks.' I'm sure our insurance is going to cover that quite nicely."

Matt laughed, "Maybe if you tell 'em that you soiled yourself and ruined your underwear during the 'incident' they'll be lenient on us?"

Sagus glanced at him sternly, "Who said I was wearing underwear? Been going commando since we haven't done laundry yet this week!"

Matt shook his head, "Gross, man. I totally didn't need to hear that."

Ashleigh winced with disgust, "TMI..."

She glanced at her phone, noticing a text message. It read, "Hey Ash, Need a favor. Call back when you can. - MiMi"

[Samuel]

Akasha Monroe is sitting in the ReAction area for an exclusive post-Primetime interview with 1/2 of the GZWA Tag Team Champions Samuel Chatman. Her co-workers tease her because of their history but she smiles it off and poses for a picture.

Samuel confidently strolls on the set. He masks the soreness he is feeling from a grueling title defense in a ladder match against the Enforcers that happened not long ago. He greets everyone on set and flashes his signature smile as they all genuinely greet him. After he is done shaking hands and accepting their congratulations he sets the championship belt down on the table next to his seat and breaks the tension between himself and Akasha by approaching her and extending his arms for a hug. She stands and adjusts her dress before returning the hug. He smelled of Versace Man and his scent lingers as she releases him and they sit down across from one another. She crosses her legs and sets her clipboard down.

So you ready to kick this thing off?

Never breaking eye contact with her, he casually shrugs his shoulders with a half smirk on his face. She exhales trying not to be flustered by him and breaks his gaze and motions for the camera man to begin rolling as the director of the segment counts down and gives the thumbs up off camera.

What's up GZWA Nation, it's ya girl Miss 'Kasha here and tonight I have the pleasure of an exclusive ReAction interview with none other than 1/2 of the GZWA Tag Team Champions "The Crown Prince" Samuel Chatman. Welcome to the show Samuel.

Samuel catches her off guard and extends his arms towards her before chuckling and leaning back in his chair with a smug look on his face when he sees that he can still illicit feelings from her.

You were always known for your singles work in the ring, why did you enter the Tag Team scene and explain why you selected Konrad Raab as your partner.

While I am mostly known for my singles career, this isn't my first rodeo in a tag team, I was in a team with the legendary Victor Phillips and we were Royal Statement and another team that took the wrestling world by storm was when I teamed up with Fear and we were Royal Anarchy. Mickie James and I dominated the ZXWWF as the ZXWWF Sweethearts. Every team I have ever been apart of the wrestling styles of my partner and I complement each other perfectly. I'm not really a submission master but my partners more than compensated for that. Shoutout to Veda, I heard you tonight lady give me a call when you aren't managing those goons and I'll show you how a real man treats a classy lady.

Samuel winks at the camera and gingerly licks his lips as he shifts in his chair and intentionally gaps his legs open just a tad bit wider.

Selecting a tag team partner is really tedious work and it has to be done correctly or it will all be for nothing. The wrestling styles have to compensate each other while complimenting the strengths of each person at the same time. You have to have some similarities that will mix well together. Konrad was an obvious choice because I faced him several times in the ring and I respect the hell outta him so I did my homework and studied his tapes not looking for ways to defeat him in the ring but ways that I could flow with his style that would make us an unstoppable force.

So while your wrestling style may have complimented all those other people's that you mentioned but when it comes to the things that are said, you are more of the superhero type who is always trying to portray yourself above reproach and each of them are very outspoken and sometimes unpredictable. For example you and Amanda Cortez have been friends for quite a long time and Konrad absolutely hates her. How do you balance those things with your tag team partner?

It's like Ying and Yang when it comes to personalities and thus we fit together perfectly. They don't have to be the Superman because that my job in the image department also..not the Injustice version of Sups but the Superman from when he burst on the scene and was all about truth, justice, and the American way. They can be the gruff Batman of the team but when it's time for us to perform in the ring, we show up and we show out. Their squabbles are their squabbles, I don't take sides and as most people see on Twitter I stay out of it. I have lines that I don't cross because I am a public figure and I value my status as a role model. I'm going to be the face that runs this place someday so I have to give the kids what they know and love about me. I'm their hero and my partner is a hero in their own right so it just works.

A lot of people absolutely hate your tag team name, even our ravishing commissioner Serena Dent made a comment about it. Where on Earth did you two come up with that name and are you open to changing it?

♕ "The Crown Prince" Samuel Chatman ♕

That name is a piece of something that represents both Konrad and I. I'm well aware that in America we don't spell honorable with a U but it is how it is commonly spelled in the Euro region. Fear was from Scotland and he used to spell stuff like that so I didn't bat an eyelash as I was learning about Konrad's culture and that is what we decided because love him or hate him, he is an honorable guy. The Prince part was a piece of me but I'm no longer the Prince now am I? So a name change may be in my future but if Konrad's happy with it then I'm happy with it. Our name doesn't matter as long as we are the Champions and keep winning though does it? We are failing if people stop focusing on what we do in the ring because we give in every time someone doesn't like something about us. They hated Jesus too and he was perfect so that is a standard I'm not trying to live up to.

What do you say to some people calling your win at Final Encounter an upset in the Tag Team division?

♕ "The Crown Prince" Samuel Chatman ♕

People can say what they want but it doesn't bother me at all. All my career I've been underestimated because I'm the "handsome" guy who all the girls pine over and so people forget my resume' and my training until they find themselves in the fight of their life during a match. There is an intense hunger behind this smile and these eyes that you can't turn away from. I trained with the best and everyday I carve out my legacy in this business. Veda had a good assessment of me before our match and she saw through the distractions that my opponents can't seem to ignore. Despite everyone being into my love life she talked about my skills and my style. I combine power, aerial moves and I bring it all home with my technical prowess in the ring. If all you see is who is in the bed next to me then you tend to forget that fact. I'm okay with that when they wake up and realize that I gave them a highlight reel caliber match.

I don't call it an upset I call it destiny. While all those other teams did their few hours of training and decided it was enough Konrad and I were busting our asses in the gym hammering out what works for us and what doesn't. They haven't seen a team like us in the GZWA in a long time, we don't have to tell everyone how great we are because they can see our stars shining bright. Our opponents up to that point had only faced us in singles matches but never as a well-oiled machine...no pun intended. We took that work even deeper and really learned about each other both in and out of the ring and that formed an unbreakable bond. We are brothers and unlike those other teams that are literally unraveling before our eyes *cough* Fear Hollywood *cough* our bond isn't shaken when the chips are down. We work harder and it pays off.

It seemed like we were about to have new champions tonight, did you underestimate the Enforcers? Also what are your feelings on the returning Mega Busters getting involved in the finish of your match?

Konrad and I certainly did not underestimate the Enforcers. So much so that the love life everyone talks about came to a screeching halt because I was living, breathing and sometimes bleeding working with ladders. The Enforcers are two powerhouses and we'd be fools to just assume we were going to win. However, we are strong and agile and our speed was certainly going to give them a run for their money. If they didn't consider us a threat then they wouldn't have attacked us during our entrance. It wasn't going to hold us down though. We gave just as good as we got and I think we proved our victory was not an upset at all.

The Enforcers can crack all the jokes they want about us, my momma, anybody but it didn't hide the fact that they knew they were going to have to take us out early or they wouldn't have stood a chance and that didn't exactly work out for them. They don't take direction well either for instance, say what you will about her antics but didn't Veda tell them to attack my legs?

Akasha nods her head in agreement as she continues to watch him speak.

She certainly did yet they chose to attack my midsection right off the bat. They are their own worst enemies because they believe their own hype that they are unbeatable because they were so dominant in the past. They continue to learn lessons from the teams they believe they can "squash like bugs" that is why the Mega Busters made their presence felt tonight. It wasn't to give us the assist in any way. I'm sure they would've loved to dethrone The Enforcers themselves but emotions run high when you are bullies in and out of the ring. Am I upset with the Mega Busters? No. I wish that they would've done their thing after the match but they probably felt it was the perfect moment because dead weight is heavy and they probably didn't want to scrape them up off the mat. Our victory is not tainted at all because Miss Veda got involved so all is fair in love and war. The rules weren't broken and Konrad and I are still the Tag Team Champions and I think the world is okay with that.

Okaaaaay! Werk it hunny. One last question for you Sam, what's next for the Honourable Princes?

This summer there will be another Stardom Tag Team Classic and we are certainly going to prepare for that. Konrad has been seeking competition outside the company and we are actively working on building our already flourishing division with new faces by going out there and showing what the GZWA is made of. I think that is a huge part of our role as champions, it's more than carrying a belt around it is building your division, leading the locker room and being an ambassador for our company to the outside world. We will do that and keep our division going by being fighting champions. We will accept any challenge as we've previously stated. Right now Blake Harper and Ry Drake are holding their invitational challenges but Konrad and I are going to do ours a little different because we still have to entertain the GZWA Nation and we need buildup to keep our division from being the bathroom break.

I'm not being critical of their tactics in any way, it's just now our way. These teams are hungry and they are gonna fight us and each other and build awesome feuds in the process. I plan on keeping the new crown for a very long time and continue to grow and dominate this business.

We are backstage at Primetime in the locker room of Bobbi Jackson and the Frost sisters as Bobbi is quietly packing up her belongings into her back.  Uncharacteristically quiet while doing so as she is normally a very happy and bubbly person which clearly has the Frosts caught off guard, wondering why they are getting the silent treatment. Eliza very worried that somehow Bobbi might be onto their plan somehow.  The Frosts glance at one another, then nod in silent confirmation as they both walk over to Bobbi and Eliza places a hand on the blonde beauty's shoulder.

Eliza: Is everything alright?

Dominique: You seem rather... quiet.

Bobbi looks up at the Frosts realizing that she's been giving them the quiet treatment since they have returned to the locker room and sighs.

Bobbi: I'm sorry...I just have a lot on my mind.  I didn't mean to take it out on you all by giving you all the silent treatment.

Dominique rubs Bobbi's back a bit.

Dominique: It's okay, hun. We understand there's a lot going on.

Eliza: But you can always talk to us.

Bobbi: It's just...

Bobbi hangs her head a bit before standing up to face the two sisters...looking them in the eyes.

Bobbi: I had a fight with Carmen and Giselle earlier this week.  They've been my best friends since we were little...and now we're fighting....and I hate it! It's just really been bothering me this week...

Bobbi looks back down.

Bobbi: I'm sorry I didn't tell you all...I wanted to make sure we were focused on the match...

The Frosts glance at one another again, fighting back an urge to grin at this fortuitous turn of events as they wrap their their arms around Bobbi in a hug.

Dominique: Oh you poor dear.

Eliza: Arguments with friends suck, we're so sorry for you.

Bobbi: Thank you both SO much for being here for me...it means a lot...

Bobbi says as she sniffs resting her head on the Frost's shoulders as she hugs them both tightly back, failing to mention to either of them that they were the reason for the fight in the first place.  The sisters rub Bobbi's back soothingly as they look over at one another over her shoulder and chance a quick grin, everything falling right into place for their plans as the scene fades to black.

[Athena]

Blake, Sparta and Wes were all backstage, looking at the monitor, taking in every move of the match between Rex Terrell and one of their own, Diablo. They knew that they had to be out there, but Diablo specifically asked to be on his own. Wes and Sparta kept watching their teammate work the match, while Blake kept her eyes on Ry Drake and Casey. She knew that something was gonna happen. She just had a gut feeling about it. The minute Ry jumped into the ring with the chair, Blake screamed at the monitor.

Blake: I FUCKIN' KNEW IT!!!

Before Wes and Sparta could get a hold of her, Blake bolted down the hallway and through the entrance as she raced towards the ring. Ry, Casey and Rex had already fled as she entered the ring. Checking to see if he was alright, Blake helped him just a bit to stand up and both of them made their way backstage. Wes and Sparta were right there by the entrance, waiting. The second Blake and Diablo stepped in, they looked at one another and said it in unison:

“I FUCKIN’ KNEW IT!!!”

Sparta: Language.

Diablo looked at Sparta as he tried to calm his body down from the insane adrenaline rush. Breathing deeply he dragged his hands down his face as he saw a camera crew going past them. He grabbed the cameraman by the shoulder and turned him towards himself.

Diablo: You think what you did out there was smart, Drake? You think you made a good save? Grand architect? Protected your meat fridge on legs? No, no you didn’t. Your damaged brain can’t even comprehend how much did you fuck up. You, braindead idiot, fucked up so bad, that it will be written on your tombstone. You better start hiding, you wanker, because when I find you, I will shove that chair so far up your ass, you will be spitting out screws. And neither of your poster children for steroids can stop it.

Diablo stormed off to the locker rooms, with Blake and Wes going right after him and Sparta just slowly followed.

Sparta: Well, at least we won…

At that the scene cut to an end.
