Note: I'm not going to sugarcoat it but I was utterly let down by the sheer number of people who no showed this card. I appreciate those who did, including Bobbi Jackson and@thefrosts who sent in a segment, while Patrick , ❤Knightmare INC , Susie Price , BulletxToxThexHeart , and ❤Rose❤ who roleplayed for this show. ❤Knightmare INC helped me out with writing two matches for this card as well, but I just want to start this thread out with a question. Who's still on board?
I know school/college is about to start back up in another week or so for some of you, but I don't want to make this a chore. I'm going to post the next card up and ReAction up in the morning for the week of the 28th, so plan accordingly. After that card, I want to do the PPV mid-September as I have a few things I need to take care of IRL that I rather not talk about at this moment.
I'm going to send out a mass-PM or alternatively open a thread to explain this in depth, but I'm looking at adopting a points system to reward those of you who regularly contribute and help out to the shows. Just something I want to show as proof that I'm rewarding those of you who are continually active, rewarding points for participation on ReAction, posting promos on time (another possible point for promos surpassing 1K words), sending in segments/skits and collaborations, and even for helping out with match writing. I'm hoping that adopting that system will encourage those of you to be more active around the fed and be more proactive in helping with the shows.
Matthew Miles and Ashleigh Cash def. Desmond & Zabrina Masters via DQ due interference by the Enforcers
The segment that opened the show was going originally as my promo for this match but I decided to save it as a segment since this show was lacking in content/meat and bones. What really took this show so long to get posted was me having writers block on this match. I dunno what it was but I just couldn't cook up anything for this match outside of the finish with the run-in with the Enforcers coming back.
I blame myself for The Grand Zabrina and terrormaster missing the deadline. I should have given them several heads up throughout the weekend. Maybe things will turn out better for the next show.
Fear Hollywood Breaks Up
❤Knightmare INC sent this in to take place on the previous episode of Primetime but I didn't want it to go to waste so I used it in this show since we were lacking in content. It was going to be a collaboration, but with Tag Champs' IRL issues, including "The Iceman" Konrad Raab losing net access and moving, I told all involved just to go with separate segments if they couldn't make it for this show.
Zora Graysen def. Jennifer Dunn; Special Referee: Laura Jackson
@jennifer told me over the weekend that she enjoyed her time in the fed, but had some issues that came up IRL that I won't disclose that forced her to depart. Don't know why she deleted her account, but this was her last match in the company. I went ahead and gave Zora Graysen the win here as we've been working on a collaboration piece, just haven't gotten to a stopping point which will fill in the gaps on what's been going on between Zora and Mariah off-camera.
The Frosts and Bobbi Issue the Challenge for the Tag Team Titles
Bobbi Jackson sent this one in. I didn't change a thing.
Susie Price def. Blake Harper, Ursula Areano, and Crystal Millar
If I'm perfectly honest, this was my favorite match to write on this card since I was able to setup a few things. Susie was the only one who roleplayed for the show in this match so she rightfully won the match. Like Mary pointed out later in the show, besting the champion here warrants her a shot at the champion as well. sarahrichardson asked to take the pinfall for not making the deadline, but I wanted to setup a match between her and Blake on the go-home Primetime before our PPV.
Match #2 in Best of Series | Jayson Heagerty def. Chance Justice
I left those two matches completely up to ❤Knightmare INC . If memory serves, the last match in the Series is going to take place on the next Primetime to write off Nikki and Foxy. ❤Knightmare INC feel free to correct me on that one.
Premiere of "Mary's Minute"
I've toyed with this concept in my head for a VERY long time but finally gave it a shot on this card since we had a lack of content. Since I saw DΔShΞR and ♡☈ɑ√əη browsing the forums, I'll point out that it was some harmless fun since Mary needed some recent events to comment on former talent. I'm gunning for Mary to be like Stephanie McMahon where she's so obnoxious in her heeling it up that she's "untouchable" until that one babyface get their comeuppance on her unlike Steph never does on WWE programming.
Extreme Rules Tag Team Match - Amanda Cortez (w/ Rose Cortez) & Justin Lockhart def. Rex Terrell & Casey Cortez (w/ Ry Drake)
As requested by Amanda, I wanted to continue to play off Rex and Casey's dominance, despite the weapons leveling the playing field a bit until their unexpected help. I'll give a hint on who "helped". It wasn't Jayson who jumped in towards the end nor was it the Enforcers as they are focused on the Mega Busters right now.
