For those new/returning to the fed or just visiting after a long while (yes, that includes you - lukeforce Chris ★ Matthews KingOfHighSpots and joanna ), this is our OOC post-show thread where we discuss and comment about results out of character for everyone can see what's my method to my madness so to speak.
I want to start off with thanks for everyone who contributed to this "go home" show prior to our Devils May Cry PPV next month. That includes everyone who got in promos on time and sent in skits/segments for this show. And boy did we have a LOT of segments for this show! I know I've been pestering a lot of you guys for collaborations and keeping the ball rolling on feuds. I think I'm going to continue doing that with group PMs to allow everyone to weigh in on their feuds and storylines since that was very productive for this show.
I know college/school is back in session for quite a number of you, so keep me in the know if you got some deadlines coming up, vacation time needed/requested, or what not. You guys know I don't want this to be a burden and to keep this as stress free and as laid back as possible.
You'll all be pleased to know that after the PPV, I plan on going forward with our planned move to being a hybrid fed completely. Over the course of the next few weeks I'm going to introduce the new rules and format, but you don't have to worry about that until AFTER the PPV for those to go into effect. Before anyone worries about it meaning more work, I'm going to say this much that will ease your fears - after the PPV the new roleplay system will NOT require you to do promos for every match you're in.
Another change that you've already noticed is that we've got the 3 Kount Wrestling boards active as 3kwrestling is in control of that content. We're still discussing things on how this is going to play out over the future, but either way, show some love for our newest friends to the GZWA family. They've (along with the rest of the NSE folks) always supported us on social media and it's appropriate that I put out the welcome wagon for them to have a home here too.

Segment #2 -- Brooklyn Glamorous returns back to work
Dani (SinCityDollz ) sent me this on FB and I coded it for her. Simple as that really. She wanted this to be Brooklyn's first appearance before she formally explains B's absence from GZWA programming in-character.
Best of Series Finale - Nikki Bella vs. Alicia Fox ends in no contest
This was the brainchild of ❤Knightmare INC to write off Nikki and Foxy since we're phasing out RL wrestlers and moving to being a strictly CAW efederation. I know better not to tamper with her madness
So Mel, who's the mystery girl using the AJ Lee picbase is going to be?
Segment #3 -- CM Punk gives Blake Harper a pep talk
Nothing fancy here as I wanted to use Punk as a means to help Blake get her "fire" back as she's been acting irrational lately (obviously since they have history) before I write his character off.
Crystal Millar def. Blake Harper
Crystal (sarahrichardson ) has been kicking herself a lot lately OOC for missing deadlines with the same going for Athena . I know you both too well from PMs to know that your heart is still in these feuds, so I made sure to make the match worth the read despite the fact I had some issues trying to match your styles together. It's neither of your faults, I just tend to have writers' block a lot lately that hangs me up on writing matches.
Segment #4 -- Ashleigh Cash shows the Mega Busters who's the boss
I don't know if you guys either love or hate these MB segments but I've been getting a kick out of writing them.
Psycho Sagus def. Dequan Wallace
I honestly cooked up the finish to this while driving home from work on Monday evening. I felt the Mega Busters needed a believable win via teamwork to go into the PPV. I could have easily made this a squash since it's all of my characters involved here, but I'm thinking of a better narrative to tell here.
Segment #5 -- Interview with Luke "The Irresistible" Force

Segment #6 -- A tribute to the fallen
For those wondering, this "new" character using Daffney as picbase is the same "ghost" that was haunting Carnage a few months ago. I just can't find enough Catrina/Karlee Perez photos that I want to use for this character so I settled with Daffney for the vibe I'm going for here. All that I'm going to say is that you're going to see a lot more of this character for weeks to come. Another reason Carnage and I agreed on the change is that we're trying not to completely rip off Lucha Underground's Mil Muertes and Catrina relationship.
Susie Price def. Ursula Areano
I enjoyed reading both ladies' promos for this match, so I went with making this an "all out" affair in terms of the one-on-one bouts on this card since they were technically fighting for the right to be the "true" #1 contender. I had to catch myself at one point as there's some spots I have to save for the PPV and I didn't want to rehash the same ones from the previous show. Regardless, I hope Susie Price and Talia Areano got a good read here out of this one.
Segment #7 -- Konrad Raab accepts the challenge on behalf of the Honourable Princes
Simply put, we got the confirmation for our Tag Team title match at Devils May Cry. Thanks again to "The Iceman" Konrad Raab getting this in 
Dominique Frost def. Samuel Chatman
When we discussed this via group PM, Samuel put the idea out there that his character wouldn't be comfortable striking women since he's a gentleman/ladies man. That's what led to that playing a part in this match. As I was writing this, I couldn't help but think of Sanji refraining from going all out against Kalifa in the Water 7/Emies Lobby arc of One Piece as his honor code as a gentleman wouldn't let him fight back until he was ultimately defeated. Nami ends up beating Kalifa in that story since she was pissed off that Kalifa used her gender to her advantage. I just hope that@thefrosts and Bobbi Jackson didn't mind the idea playing out here and thought I was writing the match as if they were inferior to the men. Completely NOT the case. I left the ending open here at the end as I figure Sam and "The Iceman" Konrad Raab can follow up on ReAction.
Main Event: GZWA World Heavyweight Championship Match - Jayson Heagerty def. Ry Drake (c) via DQ; Drake retains
Here, I was going for one of those "clusterfuck" main events from the Attitude Era where everyone expects a ton of run-ins and interference and I did just that. Heagerty got the win, but at the cost of a DQ that allowed Drake to retain in his typical "chicken shit" heel manner while all of his challengers stormed the ring until Xion laid down the law for the PPV. With that main event, I just wanted to spice things up a bit with a "who do you trust?" dynamic on both teams that will leave everyone guessing.
Closing Remarks
Let me know ASAP if you don't have anything for the PPV - no feuding partner, no storyline, etc.

If you're changing picbases, let me know ASAP as well, I'm in the middle of updating the roster page. Anyone who hasn't been active for the past month is going to be removed. No need to keep saving slots on the roster when we got people still here willing to do the work and actually login regularly.
I have a PPV opponent already in mind for Vi. at the PPV, so don't ask. We're currently exchanging DMs on Twitter about that. Same goes for Mariah, as Sam and I are organizing a MiMi vs. Maryse match for the PPV if you have been paying attention to their altercation on Twitter lately.
