DISCUSSION: Feedback on Hybrid Fed Rules

OK I'm finally at a comfortable place on going back and forth in my head with these revisions for AFTER the upcoming Devils May Cry PPV, so no need to worry nor concern yourselves now. I'm merely asking for feedback along with reasons to change or modify this to make things easier for me and you guys during this transition.

The feedback I'm looking for is whether or not it needs more clarification for easier understanding or that if these changes are fine with all of you.

Ok, the whole thing sounds interesting, but for some ppl it might be a bit hard, cuz they aren't that talkative and do their stuff mostly alone. Lol, I'd say that I'm one of these persons. One of the reasons is the time difference (I live in Germany and never meet anybody online.) I'm also not online very often, so I do my stuff mostly alone. That's why I prefer the promo based judging of matches, but I can also live with gzwa as hybrid fed

I will help you with the timezones Amanda since I RP in Germany myself sometimes and literally know your six hours ahead of America like UK is five hours ahead.
