Stardom
Ever since he debuted in GZWA, Nox made
an impact when he defeated long time rival Chris Matthews. Last week in his
first singles match against Chance Justice he lost and he’s not been one to
lose to some rookie. Back to the drawing board as they say.

Nox felt he hadn't had much connection with the fans just
yet. He was a big time wrestler all around the world. But now he’s been
informed he teams with an old friend. Konrad Raab, a guy who many say helped
build his career. Their opponents, Jayson Heagerty and Ryan Kendrick.
He decided to go to a different route this time because Nox needed to get a
point across. GZWA is abput to know a true competitor. He found himself in New York
City where the Statue of Liberty is where he felt he could be at home sitting at the top of it.
He was in his comfort zone. The High Fliers would fly with him soon enough. He
had his camcorder on him and he’d hit the recorder button as it made a loud
[BEEP]
Equinox: "Before I talk about my opponents of Jayson and Ryan, I want to
give out my congrats to Chance Justice as he beat me last week. Not many have
said they have beat me and well you did. Congrats somewhere down the road our
paths will cross again and I will overcome you.”
He looks down at the ground as he’s very high up. He loves it up here and can’t
wait to show the world just how high he can go.

“Now it’s come to my attention that I’ll be competing
alongside Konrad Raab against two men in "Weapon-23" Ryan Kendrick
and Jayson Heagerty. Now Jayson is someone that didn’t catch my eye because well
it’s Jayson. Now as for Ryan Kendrick well he’s a challenge. He’s someone I’ve
looked forward to fighting for quite some time."
Nox nodded his head. In truth Ryan Kendrick was one of the many reasons he came
to GZWA.
Equinox: "Now as for Konrad Raab my own partner, let’s just say he helped
shape me into the man I am today. He’s done a lot and someone I highly respect.
When I got word of being his partner in this stardom tournament I was ecstatic.
We’ve tagged together in the past so we’ve got great chemistry with one
another. That’s what I feel gives us the advantage over our opponents. However
I don’t always see eye to eye with Konrad on things example his twitter rambling.
I stay low profile and not much phases me. Now I know about Amanda Cortez
becoming world champion recently. Konrad my dude…shit happens she’ll lost it at
somepoint. Chill out my dude.”
He chuckles
“Now I know what my opponents will most
likely say and you'll likely talk about us as a tag team and how I lost last
week, see but there’s a difference between all four of us in that ring and me.
I adapt from a loss and I learn from it. I become better and so I will be
better in the tag match against Ryan and Jayson.”
Nox looks out towards all the tiny little cars trafficking around and it makes
him glad he doesn’t live here. He wonders what it would feel like to dive off
of this statue of liberty without a care
in the world. Someday he would try but not now.
Nox: "I don't know very much about Jayson Heagerty. He doesn’t seem that
impressive and seems to lack motivation from wrestler standpoint. Jayson I know
you think the spotlight should be on you when in reality it never will be. You
know why? Let’s see here. Ryan Kendrick is a former tag champion with an old
friend of mine in the Extreme Enigma. Konrad Raab is a former tag champion
here. I’ve picked up a victory over perhaps one of the best in the world today
in Chris Matthews. Matthews happens to be a former GZWA Television champion. Now
while I’ve stated the obvious. What do you bring to the table Jayson?”
Nox cups one of his ears trying to listen for some tiny invisible
voice that may answer him
“I can’t really say you bring much, you’ve clearly not done your research and I
can clearly say with a clear conscience that you are no show stealer, no icon
and definitely no Shawn Michaels, undertaker, dolph ziggler or whatever you
claim to be.”
He takes a moment to breath
“I also have more passion for this business than anybody you probably know and
well Jayson I hate to bust it to you. But Ryan, myself or Konrad will have a
world title match before you ever will. But who’s to say Konrad and I don’t get
a chance to become tag champions by then?”
It was hard for Nox to come with something more to say about Jayson because he
saw Jayson nothing more than a laughing stock.
Nox: "I don't think I need to speak positives with Ryan as he’s someone
who behind the scenes brought me into GZWA. He’s a friend and a mentor. Someone
I know I can trust out there not to make us all look stupid. Look Ryan you got
the hard end of the stick and it’s not going to be easy fighting Konrad and I
in this handicap match you’ve been dealt.”
Nox hasn't got much else left to say as he continues to speak.
Equinox: "This match could spark up new opportunities for us all when it
comes to this match, Konrad and I will become victorious and glorious, but I'll
do the best I can for the fans and everyone else around the world. Because well
the Iceman and The HighSpot Hero is just what the tag division needs to save it
either by pinfall or submission. I’m the Hero the world wants and what the
world needs. Welcome to Wayward Dreams."
It was all Equinox had left to say as very soon in a matter of days he’d be
competing alongside Konrad to advance in the Stardom tournament.
