Talking about TV title contenders. Newark, New Jersey. Monday 18th December.
In the hotel room, a man known as Konrad is asleep after dealing with one title match he went through hell in, but the question was, was he able to come compete in the TV title tournament to win the TV title? Right now, it didn't seem like it with Konrad covering his body up, except his face that's covered with scars and cuts on his face from the damage he took from Pharaoh Pierce last night in a double hell match, but he eventually wakes up, looking like he's thanking god he's alive as he was not only thrown into the barb wire boards, but he was also electrocuted a few times in the match and it's safe to say that Konrad's not gonna be one hundred percent for the GZWA TV title tournament tonight as he moans and groans in pain.
As any human should after taking the amount of damage Konrad did in the same arena as GZWA was in as he wakes up, realising he couldn't go to Koln, Germany just yet as he had one more match to take care of for the entire 2017 year as he goes straight on the laptop to load up youtube site to go straight ahead and do a live stream as he begins to speak.
Konrad Raab: "As you can see today, I'm busted up as I had to compete in a hardcore match for the Wildcard title last night in this city funny enough in WWH against Pharoah Pierce and I give credit to the guy who got me in a pretty bad mess, heck you may even see scars on my body because of the match i was in last night and it's not a joke at all, it was forcing myself to take hardcore matches more seriously than expected."
It was clear Konrad knew he had to talk a lot about his opponents he's facing before going to the finals to face one of the other finaliests in the match, problem was he had been coughing up blood most of the night from the damage he took from being thrown into the barb wire boards and feeling bolt of electricity as well.
Konrad Raab: "I may not talk that much today, but I might as well get straight down to it when it comes to my first opponents to encounter of Equinox and Mike Bradley. I start with Mike Bradley who to be painfully honest I haven't got much to say about him as he's only just come back to GZWA. He's teaming with his sister, Danielle Bradley, but it doesn't mean I don't know your history in GZWA cos it's already recongised by everybody how respectful you are as an person along with the ton of talent you have and the talent you and Equinox process is what I'm working towards next, going for the cruiserweight title.
Needs to be said that I look forward to the challenge you bring as I remember your name, but I don't remember what you've done in GZWA in the past, other than facing Ryan Kendrick, SM Raye and Chris Matthews who I hope you've learnt a lot from in those matches, but I'm not interested in the past as it's what you can do now and you are a big threat due to my lack of knowledge about you."
It was also down to Konrad's overall weakness to talk anymore as he quickly goes to the bathroom and coughs up red liquid in the toliet from the damage to his ribs as he comes out, wiping the blood of his face and continues to talk.
Konrad Raab: "Well I've spoken enough times how much of a threat Equinox is in any match you put him in, that's a true statement and he'll talk about how he beat me and that's completely true, he has defeated me. However times have changed since WEW days dude as I already moved on from the company and I won't speak bad of them because the past is the past, no point talking about it when it's no longer around, but remember the match we had at WWH last month where I said you need to work on your consistency?
I stand by that comment as you need to be more consistent on your in ring style and work a few bugs to fix, other than that, you know the respect I have for you and what you've done in the wrestling business and there's no denying you deserve a shot for the TV title much like Bradley deserves it as well. I look forward to the challenge both you and Mike will bring to the table, but however to be blantly honest, you both haven't worked in GZWA consistently day in and out without leaving for a few months to come back again. I've been here, wrestling non stop without a singles title reign to my name because I feel like I've earned to be in the finals."
Once again, Konrad coughs as he takes a water out of the fridge, not caring about the extra costs it would cost him as he needed a drink badly as he takes the lid off and takes a sip before putting the lid back on, seeing the scars on his chest along with the cuts on his face, still having dried blood on his face and it leaves him with more to say about his potential opponents for the final.
Konrad Raab: "Of course that leads me to facing against Chance Justice, god heaven forbid Amanda Cortez and Justin Lockheart. I only go to say that only two of those three names deserves to be in the finals with me and I won't take them lightly, but the other opponent to be flat out honest, I will, but I leave that person until last."
He takes a break for a bit to cough once again to drink more water before speaking again.
Konrad Raab: "Another guy I know very little about I start of with when it comes to Chance Justice. Of course I see him as a future champion in GZWA as you can't question what he's done since he's been here with solid and big wins as of late and that's worthy of respect as he has the skills to be a great star someday, just a shame he hides that talent behind his arrogance each time he speaks about what his name is and we get it now Chase, we get you'll do anything to get a win, even if you want to break the rules to win, that shows you're too lazy to put the hard work in.
Not like the other opponent lazy as I believe you'd actually defend the TV title, but you questioned my heart on defending the tag titles? My heart was always on defending the tag belts because I worked to get them with Samuel. I didn't even have any title shots until Samuel came along and you know why? Because unlike you, I want to work for opportunities and I damn sure won't let an arrogant son of a bitch say otherwise. You better hope you won't face me because I will push you to your limits as Justin Lockheart already discovered from facing me already."
Which it came down to Justin Lockheart who he viewed him the biggest threat in the finals because of the talent he's shown to Konrad in a match recently in GZWA.
Konrad Raab: "I take Justin Lockheart more seriously, heck I think he'll be the only one who truly knows what hardwork is like and I'm not gonna bad mouth the guy, especially he gave me respect and said he learnt a lot from the match he had against me. That's the kind of wrestlers we want more often in this business, guys who want to consistently improve to their potential and being at their best to get better with wrestling and eventually walk away with a win in the bag.
There's no doubt in my mind Justin I'd love to be your opponent and I'll welcome it as you do need to prove yourself against me and see if you learnt anything from the match we had last time, picking on my weaknesses which I'm sure you've had the proper time to study what you've done wrong and work to improve those mistakes you made as I believe you could easily be the TV champion and I hope it will be me and you in the finals because you deserve to have another match against me, however I need the TV title more than you do, but your time will come very soon."
Konrad shook his head on the opponent he takes lightly, somebody who has consistently called Konrad out and he couldn't help, but laugh at himself to pretend to take Amanda seriously, but he couldn't as he says this.
Konrad Raab: "I refuse to take Amanda Cortez seriously as an opponent or even credit her for her achievements as I can't due to her pathetic actions of showing the entire world how not to be a wrestler in this business. It clearly shows she lacks any commitment to be in this business and I will say this once again. Amanda Cortez, you're the biggest joke this business has ever seen. All you care about is being a model, well you should be in porn videos, shugging your wife all over the placce and yes, I'm taking you lightly purely because you're a pathetic excuse for a wrestler, more so you have Vinny doing dirty work for you because you can't be arsed to take me out on your own, knowing you'd be fucked in the ring against me.
You don't deserve to be in this tournament, let alone going for the TV title as you haven't done shit by yourself and I will never ever forget how you pissed on Carnage's and Ry Drake's title reign by forfitting a title to Xion Zeros who is more giving you rewards than being punished for your actions. You need to get the fuck out of this sport and go to do a porn video with your wife where you belong, taking you the fuck out of this business for good as you don't want to be here and it sickens me to death how you're doing this sport just for the money. Disgrace of a human being you are."
Konrad knew he had to go soon to rest up as much as he can for tonight, practically having no chance to win the TV title tonight.
Konrad Raab: "I may have the least chance to win because of the damage I've suffered from a brutal hardcore match last night, but I'm sure as hell not going to let the fans down by not showing up to wrestle because of injuries I have and I have to do my job after all to wrestle to the best of my ability I can. I won't lie, my performance will be pretty rough tonight and you guys aren't facing me one hundred percent, but I will do anything in the rules to win the TV title, finally having a singles title to my name in GZWA,beating two other opponents to win the TV title either by pinfall or submission. Prepare to be Iceinated by the New TV Champion."
He couldn't say anymore as he was feeling way worse than the ware as he turns his laptop off and goes straight to bed as he sets the alarm on his phone to five in the afternoon to wake up in time before going straight off to sleep to rest his body as much as he can before the two set of matches he has to do tonight, considering Konrad being at thirty percent fit for the match and there's a chance the risk would be too high for him to compete in the match due to the injuries and damage he got in the Double Hell match for the Wildcard title last night.
