- The Television Championship is on the line. That being said, if Equinox is pinned or forced to submit then the title changes hands. Otherwise, Equinox remains as champion.
- If Mike Bradley or The Doombringer are pinned in this match, the winner can deem to remove them from competing in the Elimination Chamber Match for the World Championship at Dead or Alive
- If Senor Vinnie is pinned by either Mike Bradley or The Doombringer, they gain the privilege to name their own entry number into the Elimination Chamber Match
- Last but not least, if Equinox pins Vinnie to win this match, the corresponding episode of Primetime will feature a Champion vs. Champion main event with BOTH titles on the line.
