Gabe is chilling backstage in a half put together interview section, just sort of waiting around. A quick check of the camera shows that it is in fact off and not recording meaning that Gabe was waiting for something. Gabe checked his watch, and shook it to check if it was broken. He glanced back down at the unmoved hands and sighed.
"C'mon, where the hell are you."
Gabe had been harassing the stage crew for the past couple of hours and learned that Dean always came into the arena through one near which was litterally ten feet or so away form where this interview stage was being built. He sat there for what seemed like an eternity waiting for his former rival, ignoring the stage crew as they ran around like little gophers.
Gabe started getting lost in his thoughts thinking a little bit about everything going on around him, his mind briefly flashed back to moments he and Dean had been involved in from the past. He remembered being on the ground, in a pool of blood, who's it was could be anyone's guess.

He remembered he was trying to lift himself up but his body felt as though his arms and legs had just been severed. His eyes were glazed over but he could see a figure standing above him, barely balanced... and seemingly meaningless words echoed in his head.
8... 9... 10!
And then there was a faint ringing, and the figure collapsed along with himself, unconscious.
Gabe shook his head and stood up, walking a little ways over so he could peer out through the curtain at the ring they were still setting up for the show. Gabe was very ready for this, he'd waited far too long. Dean had got the best of him many a time, but this time, Gabe was going to take it. The one time Gabe really got the better of Dean, he didn't even earn it.

Gabe could see Dean taking the title down but he was just too weak to stop him, he desperately grabbed at the ladder hoping to wobble it, or shake it, or anything to stop Dean from once again showing him up.
Then Dean fell, this crazy female ninja chick took him out, and helped Gabe to his feet. Gabe could barely stand, but then the bell rang. And the announcer called the match in his favour. Gabe held his title up triumphantly, still staggered and aching.
"God, that win was awfully shallow, especially now that I know it was Amanda. That being said, we stole the show those times, we always stole the show... didn't we Dean?" Gabe threw the name out, almost certain by this point that Dean was behind him, waiting.
