"Get Ready to Fly," is heard as the entrance theme of The Phenomenal One fills the arena. AJ Styles appears on the stage and makes his way down the ramp and into the ring. He motions for a microphone as one is provided to him. He raises it to his mouth.
AJ Styles: Last week, I faced Carnage in a tables match. More importantly, I beat Carnage in that tables match. So for anyone else in that locker room that believes that I don't belong in this company or even this business, I have no problem proving you wrong too.
AJ lowers the mic and turns towards the stage. The crowd cheers hoping someone will run out for an impromptu match. AJ pauses for a few seconds to see if anyone is going to decide to conveniently interrupt. The crowd dies down since no one does, and AJ raises the mic again and continues.
AJ Styles: Okay, good! Now, I've been asked about what kind of an impact I'll make in my upcoming 4 on 4 tag team match. I'm sure you all know that I'm no stranger to making an impact in any company I've ever been in, so all I can say is that I'm looking forward to showing exactly what kind of an impact I can have against Omega, RVD, Alkertraz, and Chyna. But let's get to what everyone is really thinking. How do I feel about teaming up with Carnage next week.
The crowd erupts in an uproar at the mention of Carnage's name. AJ smiles in acknowledgement of them, and continues.
AJ Styles: Obviously, I don't trust him that's for sure, but just in case my other teammates, Joel Hall and Andre Holmes were wondering, I'm not going to let Carnage be a distraction to me when I step in the ring with them.
A chant of "REMATCH! REMATCH!" breaks out loudly, echoing around the arena.
AJ Styles: If Carnage wants another Styles Clash, he's more than welcome to challenge me for a rematch. I'm ready and waiting.
AJ drops the mic in the middle of the ring to show Carnage that he's ready for him anytime. "Get Ready to Fly" blares through the arena once more as AJ exits the ring and makes his way back up the ramp and through the curtain as the crowd cheers wildly.
